They helped on so many levels and I firmly believe that I could not have found a better provider. Having provided services for 16 years, the issues pertaining to the care of dementia/elderly residents are well known. They work with hospice and knows the providers that are very good, and those that are lacking. They are extremely careful and attentive with the residents and will call if there are any problems. They will cook whatever the residents want to eat. They make sure the residents get up and leave the bedroom everyday , even if it is to sit in the living room to watch TV. <p>Residents may choose private or semi-private bedrooms with cozy furnishings and decor. Our spacious floor plan enables residents to truly rest and get comfortable! Our home is equipped with a bathtub, high-speed internet, cable or satellite television, and air conditioning.</p>
<p>We also offer hospice stays and respite care. All residents enjoy housekeeping and laundry services taken care of by our staff.</p>

<h3>Care Types Offered</h3>
<p>Karen’s Kare House is an <em>adult foster care facility</em>, which in the state of Michigan is a facility that provides foster care for adults who are aged, mentally ill, developmentally disabled, or physically disabled who require supervision on an ongoing basis but who do not require continuous nursing care. Foster care means the provision of supervision, personal care, and protection in addition to room and board, for 24 hours a day, 5 or more days a week, and for 2 or more consecutive weeks.</p>
