I was very disappointed. I had paid out of pocket for my mom's Respite care for the week, $[fee removed] dollars & this is what I'm suppose to accept from staff. Had a good experience last year. And, honestly the only concerns were learning mom's care routine in the beginning and sometimes laundry issues. I highly recommend The Kempton.
