Several agencies were unable to fill our request for just a couple of hours on a couple of days during the week for a caregiver to help with leg and arm exercises cornerstone found a very appropriate caregiver and charged a reasonable fee.

I am fortunate to have [name removed] as my caregiver she is compassionate and leads with her heart, whether making a meal for me or tending to my personal needs or interacting with my dog and cat and even feeding my birds and squirrels outside are a priority. [name removed] is also my cheerleader every time I achieve a goal she cheers me on and when I have an obstacle [name removed] has words of encouragement. Our house is a happy place when [name removed] is here

We love this team so much! They are always so helpful on the phone with any questions we have and have been nothing but kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

The care my dad received allowed us to get the breaks we needed and know he was in good hands. He genuinely liked his care givers and they were like part of the family.

I tore my Achilles tendon and had my foot in a cast. My provider name is hard to pronounce. I call her [name removed] helps me with everything and when I try to do almost anything she doesn’t let me. Always comes early and if I have a doctors appointment she locks the door after she’s done. I can’t cook too good so she helps me cook dinner and sometimes lunch. I just came back from competing in the National Veterans Golden Age Games and got a silver. [name removed] helped with my recovery by reminding me about my meds and even suggesting stretching exercises . I feel extremely blessed to have such a supportive person in my life.

They were very good, helpful and attentive to our needs. I was satisfied.

My caregiver was always prompt, friendly, patient. Her manager stayed in touch as well. All in all, it was a good experience.

Bright star was very helpful in so many ways including some we did not realize we needed. They were very responsive to our inquiries and very helpful for our parents.

Able to turn around our request within 24 hours. Met us at the hospital and helped navigate the questions we didn’t know to ask from day zero. Available to talk and share feedback. Support for our dad is exactly what he needs. Definately recommend Home Helpers.

We have been extremely pleased with the level of care offered by Home Instead. The ladies who work with my mom are caring and professional and capable. The individuals that I’ve talked with regarding scheduling or changes in scheduling have been very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend Home Instead for patients who want to stay in their home as they age.

Working with Home Instead was a delight. The caregivers of this organization were well trained, professional, showed up on time and most importantly were truly compassionate. My husband loved each and every one of them for different reasons. They shared who they were with generosity and interest. Most of them were fascinating people themselves and shared who they were this made the last months of my husband‘s life brought joy and a sense of discovery. Thank you for being there for my family at the most difficult time in our lives.

We were very happy with the responsiveness of the agency and quality of the caregivers. The caregivers were very responsible and caring. The administrative people worked closely with us to meet our needs and resolve our concerns. We will definitely use them again.

My primary caregiver [name removed] is great! Since [name removed] started my family comments my apartment stays cleaner than it's ever been. [name removed] cooks home cooked meals too good lol makes me fatter and she is very compatible with me. My caregiver [name removed] comes a couple of the night shifts and does pretty good too. My case manager [name removed] has always done regular check ins and makes sure things are going well. Any problem solving i have needed she is always willing and does help! It is always good to see her.

Guardian Angel homecare responded to my inquiry quickly. They gave me a thorough explanation of the services available in my community for my elderly parents. They put me in direct contact with local services for my parents. After I found help for my parents, they reached out to me to see how things are going. I appreciate their concern.

The home health aid helping us is so kind and caring! It’s great to have the same person every visit.

I would highly recommend this facility. They took very good care of my loved one. Anything that you needed done they would do. They bring in someone who fits your needs.

After suffering an unexpected health crisis, my dad who lives alone, required some support. We had an in person mtg with [name removed], the owner of Synergy and my dad was very comfortable. I live out of state, so I needed to know he was well cared for in my absence. Synergy was easy to work with and very flexible, which was important. My dad is back on his own, but we are confident that if more assistance is needed, we can return to Synergy for that help.

This was the first time I used VIP care to assist my husband while I was away for a few days. The caretaker checked in with me every day and my husband loved her company. Highly recommend.
