[name removed] is friendly and knowledgable! She makes an amazing point of contact. The facility is clean and bright! There are plenty of activities to keep the residents occupied and for them to look forward to. Spring Village offers more opportunities for outings and family fun than any other facility that I’ve visited or toured. The staff are competent and the directors are accessible. They are truly a team!

My mom was a resident at Spring Village for over two years. The care and love of entire staff in unmatched…. Thank you for all her special care. She had to be moved out to another facility due to money and we will miss all.

I visit Spring Village at Dover almost daily to visit a long time friend. Because of this, I am aware of the daily rhythm and interactions between staff and residents. They are consistently patient, kind and show compassion and care even when the situation may be stressful.

I have extensive personal and professional experience in long term care. The Spring Village at Dover staff at all levels show great care, compassion and kindness to both residents and their families.

1. Oveall experience. Very good. 2. Cleanliness of the facility: Very good. It does not smell like other care facilities. Everything is clean and inviting. 3. Friendliness: Everyone has a smile and is willing to help out whenever they can. Nothing like other facilities where the staff is miserable or brings up their personal issues. 4.Quality of care: No complaints. They check up on Mom and make sure she participates. They are very patient and on top of things. 5.Administrative staff: Have had minimal contact with them. The ones who I do have contact with are very professional, eager to help and are very understandling and easy to work with. 6. Food: Have not eaten there. My mom says it's not so good most of the time, and other times it is ok. 7. Activities: While there seems to be activities going on, there should be some for more congnitive residents at the facility and on their level. Bingo is great, but some of the residents who are ok mentally and physically should have some other activities geared toward them. 8. Value for the money: Well, its all relative and mostly fixed in the area they are all expensive. The quality of Spring Village for the price is very reasonsable, compared to other places, which were more expensive and far less concerned about the resident. Yes, I would definitely recommend Spring Village to others. Everyone is very professional and friendly. The place is clean and inviting

Whenever I go into Spring Village, I am always greeted warmly by the receptionist. And the rest of the staff always welcomes me with smiling faces. The staff really cares about the residents, and treat them like family. One of the biggest things that I like about the facility, is that every day they have lots of activities planned for the residents. They are very creative in what they do for them. It’s nice to see residents having some fun time. I even helped with three fishing trips to a local pond this summer, and the residents had lots of fun. They also do bus trips to a lot of local places. I get a good feeling when I walk into Spring Village, and I think that says a lot about what kind of facility they are.

I cannot say enough about Spring Village. The staff is exceptional. They are kind, friendly, helpful and supportive of my family member and me. They listen, and are willing to make changes to make my family member more comfortable and happy. There are activities all day. They have live music often and movie night!! I highly recommend Spring Village Assisted Living Facility, it’s a great place!!

My mom has been a resident here for nine months, and I continue to be so impressed by the care she receives and the people who make this community such a wonderful place for her. Every member of the staff plays an important role. From the team that keeps her room clean, to the laundry staff, to the kitchen staff—everyone is kind, attentive, and skilled at what they do. The aides and nurses deserve special recognition for the care, patience, and attention they give to the residents each day. It gives our family great peace of mind knowing that our mom is surrounded by people who truly look out for her. The activities and entertainment are also such an important part of life here. There is always something fun going on. The facility is consistently clean, welcoming, and well cared for, but what stands out most to me is the people. After nine months, we are grateful for the many staff members who help make this a comfortable, enjoyable, and caring home for our Mom.

I would give all a 5! I couldn't be happier with all. The staff is friendly and always helpful! My aunt has been on a few field trips! She loved them. She went to the ocean to see the sand sculptures. Her room is very good size! She seems happy with it. Lots of activities! Exercise every day! It's very clean and the food is fine! If you don't like the choices, you can always get a sandwich!!!

My Mom and Aunt moved in this past June where we had to move them from another assistant living that failed them! The first day they arrived, they were welcomed by the staff like they were already family! The atmosphere at Spring Village is beautifully decorated with a feeling of a hotel but cozy like a home! The food is restaurant style with several choices from breakfast, lunch and dinner! The management team [name removed] and [name removed] are phenomenal with so much care and compassion for each residence! It shows for the entire staff morale is amazing because of them! There are activities seven days a week, morning and afternoon! The activity director is very creative and imaginative to keep the residence engaged in each event! On Thursday, they have pet therapy with lots of dog treats given and many rubs! A hair salon, sun room and play room for anyone that has young kids when visiting a loved one. Spring Village has thought of everything to make each resident enjoy their quality of life!

My mother had a very positive experience staying at Spring Village for a month while we were away from home. She enjoyed her stay there and felt very well cared for. She made new friends and participated in activities. Her room was sunny and spacious. She like the food very much. The staff at Spring Village was very professional and caring.

After researching multiple facilities there is no doubt hands down spring village at Pocono was/is the best choice The staff listens with open ears will help with whatever needs are needed and work with me for the best care for my husband. The dining room is set up with real dishes no paper plates the entertainment selection is great too. All at spring village want their residents treated as guests

Based on my experience, I would confidently recommend this facility to anyone looking for compassionate care for a loved one.

My sister has been a resident at Spring Village for nearly three years. When it became necessary to bring her from her home in the Bronx to a facility, we looked for somewhere near us so that visiting would be easy. We were fortunate to find Spring Village. We quickly discovered that she needed admission to the Memory Care unit and were delighted they were able to accommodate us. Apart from being a clean, well maintained facility, we’ve found the staff to be the most important component here. Because of our proximity we can visit frequently. Every member of the staff welcomes us by name and immediately lets us know where my sister is. They are always cheerful and respectful of all of the residents. The selection of food ranges from a regular selection to specialty puréed diets and is very satisfying. They have daily programs for residents and special holiday celebrations for residents and family members. I can highly recommend Spring Village for anyone needing this care.

Our Mom just loves it there. The chef comes out all the time and asks if everything is ok. She has made a lot of new friends and really enjoys the social activities. The staff has been terrific with our mother who is blind. They make sure to read her the menu every day. We are so happy with our choice to move her there. Couldn't recommend it enough.

Spring Village at Dover always has amazing activities going on! Stimulating residents with socialization and feeding their passions with things like gardening, golf, outings etc. Food is not only appealing to the eye but nutritious with many options always available. The building is immaculate and care staff is hands down the best!!

What a stunning Community in Dover! I was immediately impressed with the activities going on as soon as you walked in the door! The staff was friendly, caring and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and felt like a home! Kuddos to all the hardworking staff there, you make the place what it is!

Need to keep on top of what's going on as much as possible for the first several weeks, especially for a relative that needs a higher level of assistance. Rooms all nicely renovated & good size. Dining is good as well. Not a large amount of activities but enough for my mom's needs. It's good to see mom gets dressed and walks to dining room for all meals.

They are very transparent, honest, and take excellent care of my FIL. When he had to go to rehab after being really sick. It is across the street from spring Village- they took the time to visit him, kept his spirits up. They know he likes to be shaven they brought his electric shaver and shaved him once a week.

Our family's overall experience was wonderful. It was a pleasure to work with Spring Village. The staff there was super helpful. Of all the places my aunt was, Spring Village made it the easiest. They were great with all the her needs. They were friendly and went out of their way to make my aunt feel comfortable. I really can't say enough nice things about the staff there. I feel that because it's not a huge facility that only benefited the residents there. They had a lot of personal care and their personalities were able to shine because the staff knew them so well. lastly, I really appreciated their open communication with my aunt's family. They made her final days so peaceful.
