My brother in law at the moment is often around so he can provide guidance and expectations. My father in law can do many things on his own but mainly needs reminders. I know that is not what everyone needs so depending on the needs, I think satisfaction may vary. Thus far, we have only dealt with one caregiver, I don't know if we will get the same type of experience if we have to start using other caregivers. Sometimes I think your ability to bond with the caregiver is essential. I know when we first started, my fathers in law did not want the assistance.\nOur experience overall has been better than average with the agency. We also have a private person that we use and like a lot. We use the agency for back up and 2 days a week that our private person can't cover.
