For individuals who may require medication reminders, meal preparation, or transportation to appointments, care professionals can help.</p>
<p>Green Tree provides Complete Care for individuals who require a more complex support structure for all activities of daily living. Generally, the care professionals who provide complete care are certified nurse assistants and gently manage care needs. Care professionals help with transferring and walking, and are also able to support bed-bound individuals and provide hospice care. Communication with family is an important aspect of the Complete Care option. Care professionals provide consistent updates to family members and can also offer respite support.</p>
