And some of the services that we would like border additional cost services and are more assistance needed services so hard to evaluate. We are still assessing what the true need is. His studio apartment provides privacy and independence and is quite spacious, allowing for a comfortable \"living room\" area, \"office\" space, and \"bedroom\" with plenty of floor space to move around easily. The partial kitchen has everything he needs if he chooses to eat in his room, and the bathroom is large enough for him to maneuver well with his walker. The common areas inside and out are always clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The best part about AR, though, is the kind, respectful, and compassionate staff.
