We felt the staff to be attentive & kind, they would call us immediately in the event of any issue or emergency. The food was good. The rooms were nice enough, although the windows were very dirty we realized it was the middle of winter when she was admitted so had hope for Spring cleaning. We were disappointed with management during a time of strife - our mother was admitted to the hospital and no one from Fox Knoll called us to check on her or to see how we were doing. Considering that our mother ultimately passed away during this hospital stay, the silence was quite loud and thoughtless. Relocating my elderly mother wasn't my first choice, but it worked out very well.
