I’ve really enjoyed getting to know the team at Claremont Place. The facility is always clean, well-kept, and welcoming, but what really stands out to me is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and genuinely cares about the residents. I also love the events they put together—they do a great job of bringing residents, families, and the local community together. It’s a wonderful place with a great atmosphere!

5 across the board to start. We are about 6 weeks in now and seems like some staffing issues and some of the food has dropped a little but overall very happy and my mom is well cared for. Love the rooms- space & storage and the dining hall environment is lovely. Also best priced option in the area. Also they were very welcoming and supportive through the process.

From beginning to the end of our tour we felt welcomed. Claremont Place is very clean and seems well run. We focused our tour to the memory care unit. There were plenty of staff and residents. I hope this is a good and best choice for us.

I had searched for an assisted living place for my Father, in about [date removed], his dementia was becoming an issue. Many places had an odor to them, some had people crammed into one large room, low ceiling, wheel chairs lined the walls with people in them. Then we found the Claremont Place. The grounds were well manicured, the entrance was grand, and open, even the dining room reminded me of a nice restaurant. The rooms were nice, private and secure for him. He lived there for about 7 years until he passed. Now my 95 year old mother thrives there. She has lived at the Claremont place over 5 years now in the assisted living side. She is happy to be there where the friendly staff assist her with her daily needs and routines. I especially enjoy the staff, proactive med tecs, and good communication.

Claremont Place has been an outstanding community for my loved one, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care and warmth they provide every day. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and full of life. The staff is exceptional—patient, attentive, and genuinely committed to creating a safe and supportive environment. What I appreciate most is the personal attention residents receive. Whether it’s assistance with daily activities, engaging in conversation, or encouraging participation in events, the team consistently goes above and beyond. The activities calendar is always full, offering everything from crafts and exercise to music and social gatherings, helping residents stay active and connected. The dining experience is also wonderful. Meals are well-balanced, tasty, and thoughtfully prepared, and dining staff make the experience enjoyable and social. My mom has been in this community for over six months. It's not perfect but what place is. I can tell you my mom is a person that's very hard to please yet this place has really earned her appreciation in most aspects. It starts from the top, the director and the marketing specialist are always buzzing around, are involved and attentive to detail. They set the high bar for the community. Whenever there's an event, you will see them greeting everyone but also serving food or drinks and speaking to the residents and their visitors. The nursing director makes sure that the caregivers and medtechs put safety and comfort of each and every resident. She is kind and concerned and always willing to help. The caregivers are young, motivated people that have been screened well in hiring. There is some turnover, but it's not great. The food is pretty good with many choices that she can chew easily. Overall, this place is a very good caring community. We consider ourselves blessed to be here!

My mom lives at Claremont Place and loves it! She is so happy with her home. She loves the food, the staff and the activities. She loves sitting and talking to other residents. She takes her daily walks and enjoys sitting in the courtyard, living room, and bistro. Every time I speak to her she says how much she loves her home.

My mother has resided at Claremont Place's Memory Care section for two & a half years now. I love that Memory Care has their own outdoor garden area & walking path for residents to access on their own. They also have many activities available regularly as well as entertainment brought in for all residents. Because cooking & baking have been a large part of Mom's adult life, it is nice that CP offers "Kitchen Creations" once or twice a month for Memory Care residents. Staff is caring & friendly from Care givers, housekeeping, kitchen & serving staff, office & administrative staff.

Our family has had a wonderful experience with Claremont Place. Everyone—from caregivers to dining staff to administrators—treats residents with dignity, patience, and heartfelt compassion. It’s clear that the team is dedicated to creating a supportive, uplifting environment for every person who lives here. The caregivers at Claremont Place take the time to really know each resident. [names removed] and the rest of the medical staff pay attention to individual routines, preferences, and personalities, which makes the care feel personal and thoughtful. Our parents are consistently greeted by name, with a smile, and with an understanding of what makes them feel comfortable and at ease. The staff is over all respectful & friendly. Very responsive & cooperative from a business side as well as care for the residents. Mother lived there before she passed away. The facility was always kept in good condition. Employee service was excellent from management all the way down. They treated her as if she was their own mother I have since visited the location in the form of a Bible study teacher and continue to see quality service to all. Activities, food and other amenities have always met or exceeded my standards. I would and have recommended this facility to others.

Our loved one has been in Memory Care at Claremont Place for a year now, and we could not be happier. From the very beginning it felt cozy and welcoming, not like an institution but like home. The staff are kind, playful, and genuinely connected with the residents. The med tech team is attentive and on top of things. Management is highly involved and exceptional at creating a sense of community and focusing on continuity of care. The food is fantastic, activities are engaging for both residents and family, and the community is well kept. Even as the current remodel changes the aesthetic, we can see how thoughtful and beautiful the updates will be. Having worked in senior care, I can honestly say Claremont Place stands out. It feels like home, and we are so grateful our loved one is here. Thank you for all you do!

Five stars does not do them justice! I knew I found the right place when I first visited last year and saw all the lovely Christmas decorations and cheery staff. My elderly mom needs extensive living assistance and care. Claremont’s nurses are amazing. The facility is terrific, a very pleasant place to be! They will tailor the level of care to fit just right, from cleaning to help with everyday tasks (like dressing) to physical therapy to handling medications. And I was surprised by all the wonderful social events for the residents! [name removed] and all the staff are ALWAYS friendly and responsive to me, and very kind to my mother. And the food in the little diner is quite good! If I could give TEN stars, I would.

My wife has been a resident of the memory care facility over a year now at Claremont Place.We started looking for a place for her to stay over 2 years ago that would meet our expectations and I was so glad that we found Claremont Place. It has meant and exceeded our vision of a caring, friendly and comfortable place for her to reside in . The upper and middle management have been so professional, informative and there for us when we needed help.The facility is very well organized and the staff is so kind with wonderful attitudes and work ethics. For me the most important emphasis needs to be placed on my wife's everyday care and comfort.That is where the caregivers and med techs have done such an excellent job.I cannot say enough how pleased we are with all that they do and the wonderful attitudes they have displayed. I visit quite often to spend time with my wife but what is comforting is that when I am not there she is taken well care of by the staff.
