My mom used to get a call I think every week with an update but she hasn't gotten any in a while, just from me. The other thing I don't get and haven't had a chance to ask was when my dad has been taken to the hospital for a few falls, I don't know why the ambulance company isn't provided with his insurance companies. And I would think the ambulance would give that to the hospital also.
