It's one large space that's thoughtfully divided into two distinct living areas, making it feel much more like home.\n\nThere are plenty of activities offered each day, and the activities director does an outstanding job of keeping residents engaged. The chef is also wonderful—he genuinely cares about the residents, and it shows. He even takes great pride in caring for the plants and flowers around the community, which creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere.\n\nThe staff members who care for my mom are compassionate and dedicated. However, communication can be challenging at times, especially when coordinating with the nursing team. The nursing director has not always been as responsive as we would hope, and there seems to be a communication gap between administration and the frontline staff.\n\nHousekeeping has been inconsistent, but the community recently hired another housekeeper, so we're hopeful that the cleanliness of my mom's apartment will improve.\n\nOverall, while there are areas that could benefit from better communication and consistency, there are many genuinely caring people here who work hard to take good care of my mom, and we appreciate their dedication.","reviewerDisplayName":"Anonymous","experienceTypeId":4,"experienceTypeName":"I'm a loved one of a resident or client"},{"reviewTitle":"Friendly, comforting home","reviewContent":"Staff - good. The caretakers are very loving , they know everyone by name and they know what each person likes. They do it all with smiles and laughter even though being a caretaker is one of the hardest jobs on the planet . The activity director always has things going on for their people and they regularly have family nights where family members can come , play games and enjoy treats . The director is always available for any complaints or problems and the chef makes delicious healthy meals .
