However, the dining room staff is very accommodating and will make something softer if a resident asks for it.\nOverall, this is a very nice and clean establishment with exceptional front office staff and receptionists, lots of activities, a nice gym and an excellent Director of Nursing who is always willing to work with family members.\nThe marketing Director, who worked with me to get my father moved in to Forest Hills Commons has retired and I do not know the new marketing Director so I cannot make a comment about her.
