They seem to be understaffed, but my mom is able to see that the staff that are there are working really hard. Great layout and storage for an assisted living apartment. Units are cleaned on a regular basis. She hides things because she believes people are stealing things (they are not) and forgets where and what has been hidden. Instead of someone taking 5 minutes to check her apartment for hidden paper products they complain to us.
