It's difficult in memory care to serve fresh salads, but I think it can be done.\nLunch is almost always a sandwich and not everyone likes to eat sandwiches. That's just a lot of bread sometimes.\nI would like to see more variety in activities, encouraging residents, especially those in memory care, to enjoy fresh air of the outside patio. By stationing an associate on the patio for one or two hours per day, residents should be able to roam in and out as they please during this time. Although, the facility needs to improve their medication billing! I brought in medication from home yet received bills for the medication! How is that possible?
