Review for Holiday Lane Estates
I would recommend it for an assisted living center. The director is very responsive to questions/concerns. The staff is friendly for the most part. Staff members that are not a good fit are either trained to be better or terminated. Service is sometimes slow but it's to be expected in that not every call can be answered immediately. There seem to be lots of activities but Mom doesn't participate due to her limitations. Food is really good about 75% of the time. The servings are good size. Housekeeping is pretty good.

Holiday Lane Estates is very nice. Very welcoming, friendly staff.[Name Removed] gave my brother and I a tour. She was very helpful and answered all our questions. She has continued to follow up with us to make sure mom’s move in was stress free.

Sometimes the food isn't great. Staff turnover has caused services to be slow at times (housekeeping or trash pick up), but it settles down and all is ok.

[name removed] the director and [name removed the activities are both just awesome people. [name removed] has really gone above and beyond her role as a director for our family and we really appreciate her. We chose this facility over the many others that we looked at because of her personal involvement. I would absolutely recommend Holiday Lane Estates to others.

The Holiday Lane Estates community is very clean and overall really nice. When our loved ones press their help button the staff are very quick to respond which is really appreciated. The activities are starting to ramp back up, but one negative thing our loved ones talk about is the meals - there prefer their meals to be served warm but sometimes the dining service is slow, so the food comes out cold.

Unfortunately due to our loved ones health and outside circumstances she was never able to move in to the community. However this community was amazing, there were very accommodating no matter what it was regarding and stood by everything they promised us. The director there is very impressed, she knows everybody there. On the tour we would say hi to the residents and all of them had their apartment doors open which to us that meant they felt comfortable enough and safe enough there.

We have had two different parents here at different times. We visited other places, and they just didn't hold a candle to Holiday Lane Estates. Everybody is just so friendly. The apartments are large, and you get to bring your own furniture. Covid has caused some turnover. But even so, for what you're getting, it's the best price out there.

They are struggling a little bit with staffing right now, but we will have to say we had a very positive move in experience. The staff members that are there now are super friendly, and the director is just wonderful.

My Uncle moved in several months ago and is extremely happy there. The residence is clean, bright, and cheerful. They were very accommodating with getting him moved in quickly. I highly recommend the residence.

We moved my father-in-law into Brookdale Holiday Lane 3 weeks ago. [Name removed] the administrator along with [name removed] the nurse are angles! The staff is very compassionate and respectful with the residents. We visit daily and feel like part of the family!

After much research and visiting numerous places, I moved my father into Brookdale Holiday Lane. [Name removed] and [Name removed] are very compassionate and show respect for the residents. The nursing are always smiling and talking to the residents.

I ended up picking this facility for my Mother because it was convenient for me to stop by on my way home. It isn’t more than a few minutes away from me. The staff members here seem to be really friendly and they work with my mom quite a bit. In the beginning, she had a lot of trouble eating and they go out of their way to see what she liked and doesn’t like. The food I’ve seen is good quality and they have a lot of options. If she doesn’t like what she gets, they’ll bring her something else. This is a well-rounded community and I would recommend it to other families.

The community was very nice. Had a lot of nice amenities such as nicely furnished common areas lovely grounds with ample sitting areas. The menu looked like it was good lots of entrees to choose from. They offered quite a few events to participate in. The only thing they did not offer that we wanted was individual cottages or houses everything here was located in the one building.

My mother has been living at Brookdale for about two weeks now and while she would prefer to live with me, she seems happy there. The people who run the place are friendly and helpful. If I have a problem they don't get defensive-they just do their best to fix it. There are activities throughout the day, however my mother isn't doing any of them yet. However, they come ask if she'd like to join in, so there's hope. Overall, I think this is a good place for an elderly person to live.
