It is considered a Medicare room so she doesn't have to move if she runs out of money.\nShe pays extra to get her room cleaned, laundry done, showered 3 times a week, and they give her medication to her. I'm not sure how much more.\nShe had trouble unlocking the door so they changed the door knob and lock and she doesn't have trouble now.\nShe exercises 3 times a week and she has memory care provided to her once a week.\nThe place is very clean and looks more like a hotel when you walk in.\nShe is provided with a necklace/lanyard with a call button. There are call buttons in her room. She has a fridge, sink, and microwave if she prefers to have a snack. There is a bistro/game area on the second floor along with a small movie theater. The communication standard is excellent. When we encountered difficulties, they helped to brain storm solutions in all aspects of our loved one’s life to include the physical, social and emotional. They have shared the good days and the not so good days with as much compassion as if they were part of the family. \nThe facility is clean and welcoming and our loved one is safe and secure.
