Everyone is so kind and willing to go all out for all residents. There is a rosary club on Saturdays, and Sundays someone comes in to celebrate mass and give communion. Cleanliness is everyone's responsibility and the facility is clean and bright. The mechanical/maintenance staff do a great job keeping the facility running. There is one priority that is of tremendous importance at a facility with CONTRACTED SNOW REMOVAL!!! New Seasons gets an F Minus!!!! The parking lot is small, and you can't maneuver a snow plow on a regular truck in the HANDICAPPED AREA! AFTER A FULL MONTH, ONE OF THE SPOTS WAS STILL OBSTRUCTED, AND IN THE ENTRANCE CIRCLE, A HUGE PILE ALSO OBSTRUCTED A HANDICAPPED SPOT, WHICH IMPEDED PATIENT PICK UPS AND DROP OFFS!!!!
