I feel that some of the things that can be improved upon are due to lack of staff on some shifts. For instance, if there are only 2 staff members working a shift, and a resident presses their call button or tries to get out of their seat unassisted, this could lead to an accident. Also, there are times when the meal is not adequate for some residents. Generally speaking the food is good and the meals are sufficient and healthy, but there have been times when the meal seems to be an after thought.
