Sage Oak Lakewood

When it came time for my mom to require full time care, I was referred to Sage Oak by a friend. After our initial tour of the home, I knew it was the best possible place for her. The home is clean and comfortable. Her room was large and quiet. The staff was kind and patient and always kept me updated on her status and needs. They treated her with love and respect. When it came time for my mom to be placed on hospice, they recommended a great nurse that was also lovely to work with. I am forever grateful to Sage Oak for the care they gave my mom at the end of her life and would recommend the home and company to anyone needing a place for a family member.

Sage Oak - Lake Highland

About the facility

The Sage Oak - Preston Hollow South is a board and care home offering seniors a social environment with a low resident-to-caregiver ratio. This community is a home first, and it is nestled in a residential neighborhood east of Hillcrest High School in Dallas. This community offers charming interiors with rich hardwood flooring, a kitchen where everyone can gather around the table, and a well-maintained greenspace in the backyard.

This Sage Oak community offers both assisted living and memory care. And, for peace of mind, Texas Health Dallas is also conveniently located nearby should the need for urgent care arise.

Sage Oak residents can take advantage of local attractions just minutes away from the Preston Hollow South community, such as viewing art at the Meadows Museum or visiting the George W. Bush Presidential Center. Shopping, dining, and houses of worship are all minutes away.
