He made us feel like we were the most important guests he'd received, ever. Upon meeting [name removed] the general manager, it was oncologist she was very busy but she too took time to have a lengthy conversation with us without making us feel like she was impatient. The facility has two gentleman on site to help with moves & they've been most responsive to our requests. The place is well organized, not cluttered & kept clean. The tenants are, for the most part, friendly & you can tell they feel well cared for. There are daily activities, games & workouts in the recreation room & movie nights, the staff works diligently to keep the patrons active.
