Showers, meals, therapy, laundry etc. Things have occurred when they are supposed to occur. Issues I have had have been addressed. I visit multiple times a week and call on days I don't visit and someone is always coming in to check on mom. Aides have responded promptly to the call button. I cannot say enough good things about the staff. Everyone knows my mother's name and not one person has had anything other than a smile for her or myself no matter what we ask from them.
