I found the staff to be very responsive, caring, and respectful to the patients. The place looks like a hotel more than a memory care unit. They have a monthly barbecue, which I make every effort to attend with my kids and my spouse and they enjoy it a great deal. They do their best to have entertainment and keep the residence occupied. My spouse is always clean and dressed nicely, which is something I greatly appreciate. The only negative and it's not a surprise to me is that their pricing is a bit higher than I expected. They charge essentially for everything over and above the basics and their prices are what I believe somewhat higher than they should be.
