It was very inviting felt comfortable, wasn't too big and everyone was very engaging. I felt good that my mom felt comfortable. I would definitely recommend Windsor Lake Terra Bella for anyone that has a loved one that still has the ability to be somewhat independent and enjoys all the activities that they provide! We even get their daily activities list sent to us. Location could be a bit better

Terrabella @Winsor Lake is all that you could hope for in a senior living center. After the a tour with the agent, we knew it was the right place for my sister. It is truly everything that you see in the brochure and more. The pictures cannot fully capture the brightly lit and clean smelling facility or the community spirit that is present down every hall. It truly is a village that houses all the amenities one could want in one place. The studio apartment met our needs the best and I was surprised it had a galley kitchen with frig, stove and microwave for quick snacks and drink. Terrabella has a beautiful restaurant style dining room. A server comes to your table to share the daily special and provides a large print menu of alternative choices. Other amenities that were important to my sister were the hair salon, foot care specialist and weekly housekeeping with linen changes. I am grateful to [Name Removed] at APFM for holding my hand through the process. She called often to check on us.

Before moving to TerraBella, my mother in-law had lost herself in trying to take care of others. Being drained emotionally, physically and financially. She is a totally different person now. Enjoying life, enjoying socializing, and enjoying her own space.

Great food! Good amenities. Staffing outstanding. Friendly atmosphere. Great place to live. Staff always attentive and helpful, friendly. Food served three times daily. Servers always on the ball. They remember what your “likes “ are and usually have it ready for you before you even ask for it. Would highly recommend Terra Bella.

Terra Bella was my favorite place that I visited! Everything about it was so great! The rooms, the staff, the friendly residents were all so upbeat and positive! I would be there now if I could go. I had a serious fall just before I was to go. I ended up on the hospital and now I'm in therapy. I needed more care than they could give me so now I'm at [name removed]Terrabella is a perfect place to be for assisted living people. I wish I could b there now! Good luck to anyone looking for an assisted living facility!

We have only been there a couple of months. But so far the staff has been welcoming and helpful. The best thing that TerraBella has that I think is awesome is an "ambassador" program. They have residents who are ambassadors who have been living there a while and who are out going. New folks are assigned ambassadors who come and meet them and welcome them and make sure they are getting involved. It really has been cool. And so many more ambassadors than just the ones assigned to my mom came to meet her and check in on her. They are making some changes in their dining room and improving the food. There had been some complaints and the managers listened and are making improvements. My mom said she has already seen positive changes. It is good to know they listen to their residents.

The only thing I will add is that it is a senior or slight assisted living facility. [name removed]was sick mentally and physically and though they took her it rapidly exceeded their capabilities - love them though

My brother is the happiest he’s ever been. A caring and wonderful situation. 5 stars! [name removed] his Ambassador is outstanding as well as [name removed]. Every staff member has been amazing! The activities and the special care that he gets is outstanding. I went through a lot of assisted-living homes to find one that is this good.

The food leaves a lot to be desired. I can cook and that is the only thing that they don't have at Haven of Congaree. You have to be able to prepare your own meals.

The staff has gone above and beyond with my brother [name removed]. They are not quick to move patients to assisted living and will keep them in the independent living as long as they can. This is much less expensive and the residents are really like a second family. I could not ask for a better setting for [name removed]. Thanks for your help in placing him there!

Terra Bella was the perfect place for my husband. Being in an independent living facility has forced him to do more for himself, thus he's regaining a lot of independence. The staff has been great and very attentive as well as supportive.

Every thing about this place is Great, the staff and management is great! The in house caregivers do a great job, the food is good, every now and then they will have something that she doesn't like but they offer an alternative menu for when that happens. It's hard to make food that everyone likes. The place is clean and well maintained. No unpleasant odor. They offer a lot of activities, but mom doesn't seem interested in any of that yet. Having a hard time just getting her to leave her apartment, bought her an electric scooter but she's not a very good driver! The price is very good for all they offer. So overall very well pleased with the facility.
