I'm just not 100% sure since I'm only there to visit my uncle. I don't live there. And he has Parkinson's with cognitive issues. The pricing is more affordable than many other Assisted Living facilities around the KC metro area The food seems like it's delicious and always smells great. My uncle told me it's very good. They have a bulk program with Spectrum which is only $[removed]a month. Lots of activities available (exercise, pool, music performances, movies, bingo, poker, game room, library - and much more).
