They're attentive and responsive. They seem like they're a bit understaffed so many people are wearing many hats. From an improvement perspective my mom's biggest complaint has been the food and the fact that it's almost always cold when she gets it. Again, that may be a staffing issue. Perhaps a better selection of the alternative menu would help too. She's had a little trouble getting her laundry done and all of it back to her. There were several pieces left in the laundry room and we had to go down and find them.
