The room also has a mini refrigerator and a microwave, as well as an individual heating/cooling unit (like in some hotels). They provide cable, but you provide your own TV.\nThey clean his room and do his laundry once a week. Each resident's laundry is done individually, so things don't get lost.\nI think the food is good. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner where the residents select their meals ahead of time. Plus they have an abbreviated menu that is available to any resident at any meal (like a hamburger, peanut butter and jelly, chicken salad, etc).\nThe staff is very friendly and caring. They all call the residents (as well as regular family members) by name. The med techs not only dispense meds, but they notify me if he is refusing his meds.
