I.e. someone who doesn't eat chicken. Staff don't understand that chicken is mixed into many meat products and they are not good at reading labels.\nWhile staff do fairly well with English speaking, they often do not understand many of the English words. And will nod and say they understand, but really they don't.\nWhen speaking to residents, the staff speak English. But while speaking to each other in the presence of the residents, they speak the Filipino language which I find rude.\nThe home is very clean, they do a great job with the laundry, generally getting it back the next day. We have not lost any articles of clothing.\nTransportation has been great, and the drivers are very courteous\nThe supervisors and owners are very responsive to concerns\nwhen one of our ladies was on hospice, the caregivers were excellent with the end of life care for her\nFollow through with treatments has sometimes been a challenge. the information does not get passed to other caregivers and I have found that if I request that a treatment be put in the plan of care it's more likely to have follow through.\nThe staff are friendly to residents and visitors.
