<p>For residents of our memory care program, we offer comfortable private and semi-private studios. For those receiving assisted living services, we offer one- and two-bedroom apartments. <p>The Preserve at Clearwater is an <em>assisted living facility</em> which offers <em>extended congregate care</em>. In the state of Florida, these terms are defined as follows:</p>

A facility that provides supervision of the activities of daily living, medications, and other similar services to residents in a homelike environment. These facilities can house one resident to hundreds of residents.</p>
<p><strong>Extended Congregate Care</strong><br>
Under this license an assisted living facility can provide limited nursing services, supervision to residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments, provide total care for dressing/toileting/grooming, dietary management, and more.</p>
