I would rate Promenade Memory Care 4 stars. The facility is beautiful and clean. The rooms come furnished in very attractive styles. They have lots of activities. I think one of the staff is very strict, and that doesn't sit well with my sister, who is acting up badly. They are being patient with her.

The place is beautiful. The residents were happy and well cared for. The activities were well planned . The common areas were inviting and rooms were lovely Quite frankly I was blown away by the staff, the rooms, activities and cleanliness

Very nice visit and I liked the facility. May be a little far away from Vero Beach and this was nicely pointed out by the tour person.

Before signing any agreement, check what floor your loved one will have. It's three stories. Be mindful of their endurance to walk a long hallway and riding the elevator. My mom had a first floor apartment, fortunately, but I didn't ask ahead of time.

The executive director, [Name Removed], listened very carefully to the description of my mom’s situation, asked great questions and was very warm and pleasant. The tour was excellent. I saw the type of apartment we would select and, with notice, they can furnish it for us which is fantastic! It’s a very nice place, lots of residents and staff greeted me during our tour, even asked if we wanted to join bingo! It is beautifully decorated all over and there is a nice outdoor area in the courtyard. This is a good place.

Staff is very friendly. I am most familiar with the memory care unit and I would say they are very attentive to my mom's needs. The facility is also well kept and much nicer than any others I have seen in[name removed] It's only a couple years old.

I love the hospitality, the free wine, the clean like new place, the elegance, the price. This was what I was led to with 20 others asking me to come This is my one place and only I will put mom into It’s a Promenade for sure. The girls in front are cheerful and Godly. I really like this place

There was only one other option in Sebastian, FL, and it had a wait list. Actually, The Promenade had a more livable space. Lots of relevant resident activities and transportation to local businesses.

5 across the board! My father in law is very happy. This was a great move for my father in law. He should have been there a few years ago. It's nothing like the "nursing homes" people are so afraid of. It's a community with the residents living independently.

I have real concerns about the enormous employee turnover and Management turnovers... makes me think that residents don't feel the homeyness and security they should if unfamiliar staff being part of a family if they are strangers.

Staff were wonderful and the community facility is clean and quiet. We spent about an hour learning about the activities and touring the rooms and community. It is only 2 stories which is nice and a great location for our family to visit.

We were under a very tight timeline to find a suitable facility for my mother. After visiting numerous facilities within Indian River County, The Promenade was the most engaging, informative, and transparent facility we visited. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and hardworking. This decision is never an easy one for any individual involved, but we have been very content in our decision for mom and our family.

After 24 years of living in my residence in Vero this was a very significant and scary transition for me at my age of 86. I am sure I am not the only that feels the same way initially. It was quite a significant adjustment to make this transition. That said, the staff at the Promenade have been nothing short of extraordinary from the administrative side in dealing with the paperwork and my insurance company to the daily health and wellness of so many wonderful people that tend to my needs all at a press of a button. One can always tell when someone is working because they have to work or that they really enjoy doing what they do and that is the case here. It is a very loving community of staff and residents. Of course having the comforts of home was on my mind but realizing that is no longer a safe or sustainable option I feel very blessed to have found a place I can call a home away from home. I am very grateful to the patient staff who are helping me make it through this transition.

The Promenade is a beautifully decorated assisted living facility with extremely friendly and helpful staff. The meals are five star quality and always served with a smile. The onsite nursing staff is very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to deal with. I have the confidence my loved one is well taken care of and enjoying the best years of their life.

This place is the bomb! The staff are amazing, and the care received by the residents is unmatched! The place is exceptionally clean. The food served is amazing! The patients are very well taken care of with all of there needs met!
