As beautiful as the facility is, the staff is the very best selling point. Before the first week was over, all the staff knew my mother but also all of her family that visits. I personally feel so at home when I am there, and I even get hugs from the staff members that I know well. The staff really treat the residents as their family members, always so happy to do anything to make sure all the residents are happy. There are many opportunities for the residents to socialize everyday, and the activities staff try to keep the residents engaged in fun activities each day as well as planning outings.
