The level of customer service we received was truly outstanding. \nThe staff member who initially showed us the facility even came in on his day off so we could visit at a time that worked for us. He patiently opened every available unit so we could walk through each one and choose the space that felt right. Throughout my mother’s time there, he remained incredibly responsive, answering calls and emails promptly, and was consistently personable, supportive, and accommodating. The Nurse Manager was equally impressive. \nHaving her office right at the entrance, with large windows that made it easy to see when she was available, provided a sense of accessibility and reassurance. She always welcomed questions, whether in person, by email, or even by her personal phone, and her response time was remarkably quick. Her presence and approachability made a meaningful difference in our day to day comfort.\n\nThe facility itself is beautiful, newly built, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by peaceful woods far from street noise. The dining and living areas are open and bright, with high ceilings and floor to ceiling windows that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The outdoor patio, complete with umbrella tables and scenic views, is a wonderful extension of the living space. Each unit having both a window and a door to the outside is a feature we especially appreciated, making it easy for residents to enjoy fresh air without traveling far. Parking is also close and convenient, which made visits simple and stress free for our family.\n The staff to resident ratio is strong, and response times were consistently fast. Every interaction we had with the staff was positive. In an environment where families often find themselves asking repeated questions or seeking reassurance, we never once felt like a burden. The staff were patient, kind, and understanding, always making us feel that our concerns were valid and shared by many families.\n Their compassion and professionalism created a sense of comfort that meant so much during a challenging time.
