Some things need to be reminded.\nThe food selection is well varied, however I personally would like to see less fried items. I also strongly wish fresh fruit was served at breakfast. Things like melons, peaches, etc. Like a cut up fruit salad. I feel too many meals come with rice and different starches like beans should be offered (black, pinto, red, etc.) And different varieties of potatoes. Or a pasta dish, but not mac and cheese.
