The maintenance man, is extremely friendly and will do anything needed as soon as possible. He is also very engaged with the residents and they are often cheered up by his fun personality. The med techs are reliable and excellent at calling family whenever there's a concern. Caregivers are a mix of those who stay and get to know each resident's individual needs/preferences, and those who are hired but leave quickly.
