What our family likes the most about Windsor Court Assisted Living is how nice and friendly their staff team is. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in, the food is good and it is a smaller facility. They also are willing to work with you on needs of the guest. We would recommend Windsor Court community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones.

Residents at Windsor Court Assisted Living can receive personalized care services, ranging from assistance with activities of daily living to medication management. In addition to independent and assisted living, the community offers specialized care services like memory care, wound care, hospice care, and more. Residents can rest easy knowing the care they receive is from round-the-clock caregivers who undergo consistent educational courses to stay up to date on current care practices. Additionally, all residents have accessible care with at least one staff member fluent in Spanish. If further care is needed, caregivers help arrange transportation to local medical appointments.

My loved one currently resides at Windsor Court Assisted Living. The facility is nice. The administration is not overly communicative. I never see the administrator on the floors or in the dining room and I'm there every day. The food is marginal and repetitive. Most of the staff is exceptional but overworked and 25% is barely competent. Response time for help requests can sometimes be very long. The new owners took over on April 1, so it's very unsettled and I'd prefer not to say more until things settled out.

Windsor Court has a very nice atmosphere with a 5 star hotel feel! The food is great and the residents are sweet and friendly. The accommodations and overall decorations are very nice. I recommend it highly!

This community is well maintained, beautifully decorated for the holidays with a large ratio of staff to residents. They have caregivers, CNAs, wait staff, culinary team, housekeeping, laundry staff, MedTechs, Nurses, active Director and Staff, Maintenance Director and staff, large memory care staff, social services, business office… Right in Palm Springs, heated swimming pool and Spa, movie theater, restaurant quality food served restaurant style.

I am impressed by the different activities held by the community. They staff is super friendly and always says hello to everyone when passing and they know everyone by name.

The nursing staff was amazing. Everyone was very kind. Other than a small hiccup the first night that we got there with what was happening with his pain meds. The night nurse seemed a little reluctant to give him or didn't understand the orders that were placed for him as far as pain management went and my sister was left dealing with him and a very confused and agitated state. And we had to call the hospice nurse who didn't show up until later the next day. But other than that everything went very well. We were treated well, and I felt that my father was very well taken care of.

My tour at Windsor Court was nice. It was an older building but had been updated. And it looked lovely. I thought they had done a really great job of transforming an older facility. Overall, I though they were great. They were just a bit farther away from where I live.

Being out of state I have not been able to see the inside of the community, but the staff I have spoken with over the phone have been really friendly. Our loved ones has dementia so we have to take it with a grain of salt but they say sometimes the meals are just okay.

My parent resided for a few years in the memory care assisted living section of Windsor Court. The care givers have a heart of gold even with the most difficult residents. It can be quite trying and there should be more care givers per resident ratio. Food is very good, good variety and snacks available all the time. Nice gated patio around the pool area and nice mountian views. Main lobby is beautiful and common areas well appointed. It is one a of the better facilities in Riverside County.

I would not recommend this assisted living facility. Since my Father has been there, the food has gotten worse, cleanliness worse and activities less. It reminds me of a nursing home instead of an assisted living facility. The elderly do not get treated with respect. There are some employees who are there because they care but most are there for a paycheck.

Well operated. Fun and friendly enviornment. Pool for water aquatics, chef prepared meals and anytime dining service. Food was delicious! Vintage Hollywood ambiance. Residents very nice to me when I visited.

I went on a tour and the staff was nice and helpful. They answered all of our questions. It was an older building and looked old. It was 2 stories and we didn't like that. It would've been a far walk for mom to get to the dining room. And it didn't have a lot of outdoor space to walk her dog.

I was not impressed by Windsor Court. It's a two story facility and the marketing director didn't know if there was a plan for fire escape; I found this concerning. It also didn't seem very clean.

I liked this property and thought that the staff member who gave my loved one and I the tour was very kind and informative. I did think that some of the furniture looked a little older and the there was not very much bright light throughout the facility. It just was not the right fit for my mother.

This community had one floor that was assisted living and one floor that was for memory care. We liked this community as the staff were nice and it was clean. They were not able to offer a 2 person transfer so unfortunately this community would not work for us.

DO NOT PUT YOUR PARENTS HERE! All it is is expensive babysitting and a teenager could do it better!! My parents aren't showered. [removed] Lost lab results for emergency illnesses.. NO communication at all between staff. I is horribly run.....

That was pretty sad. They were getting ready to remodel it. I didn't seem clean at the time but they're redoing that. At least that's what they said.
