They can do a better job of cleaning carpets/vacuuming on a regular basis for the residents' rooms.\nThe room sizes are great as well as resident bathroom sizes.\nThe biggest concern we have is the laundry. My mom's clothes and personal comforter have gone missing and even after us bringing it up to staff and administrators, things still aren't found/returned.\nI know it's difficult with memory care as the residents take each other's personal items and it is hard for the staff to keep on top of that.
