The staff are universally friendly and really do seem to genuinely care for the residents. I've interacted with all of them and feel positively all around\nThe facility is very clean. It always smells good (and not like an antiseptic hospital). Moms room and laundry are done weekly so no issues there\nWe ate at the dining room one night and while not spectacular the food was good. Mom reports eating and enjoying more foods than we ever expected\nThe activities director is fantastic. Mom has gone on a field trip to a flower show, played bingo and started to crochet among other things\nThe residents seem friendly and look out for each other\nMom is in their smallest single studio sized apartment it it is plenty of room for her. She has her own bathroom and mini kitchen and we were able to segment the rest of the space with furniture so she has her \"bedroom\" area and a sitting area. Her view is particularly nice since she faces a well maintained courtyard that is now blooming and pretty. They also let us put a bird feeder outside her window as she likes to birdwatch\nI went 4.5 instead of 5 just because I've had a small amount of issue with communication with the staff and administrators (and one minor request that is still outstanding) but it's a wonderful facility and I'd recommend it to anyone looking.
