I like it that my caregiver gets me out. I had to sell my car because I can no longer drive due to an accident. Rides are provided here but are not very convenient. Sometimes they can take me but I have to get my own ride back, if it's after 3:00. I have to schedule my appointments for the afternoon because I can't be ready to go before noon. My helper is a safe driver and is helperful. This is all I have to say about it

[name removed] and his staff have been working with us on a variety of issues in a very positive way. We are continuing to work on the schedule that works best for my family. Because of our family ‘s schedules we have tried three caregivers and our mother has responded well to all three.

The professional care takers who assisted my mother in her home on 24 basis were experienced, good communicators, thoughtful and reliable. Very well operated company, responsive to needs of patient, with hard working employees.

I’ve been using their services since April. It is now October and have been very pleased with the overall service. [name removed] has been incredibly helpful at placing care. Caregivers that coincide with my mother‘s personality and interests and has been incredibly helpful on making arrangements for days that need to change. They’ve allowed us to work with insurance and not ride us about a payment, but have been very organized and sue to this, it has allowed us to do a direct pay and not be out the money in the interest on a long-term care policy. Great company! Great people! Kind workers.

This is an agency that is not only kind and compassionate, but efficient and easy to work with. The owner is responsive and goes out of her way to make the process simple for you during a stressful time. The caregivers were exceptional. They couldn’t do enough.After interviewing multiple agencies, none came close. I would highly recommend this agency to anyone needing care.

Excellent care for my wife. I actually now have some time of my own after six years of 24/7 personal care giving.

My mother in law now has help 2 hours/day, 6 days a week from 10am to 12pm. The care giver is the same one every day. This has made a tremendous difference in her ability to function daily. We have been very pleased.

The person they assigned to me is great. They did a great job in vetting her. My my only criticism is that they will not let her change bandages.

My dad recently had an event in his life. After mom passed we were looking for a way to keep dad going and moved him into an ALF. He needs some more assistance than the facility can provide so we hired OPA to come in twice a day to help him up in the morning and then again to bed at nite. They have been a godsend. Dad loves his caregivers and looks forward to seeing them everyday. He has perked up so much over the past few weeks. They are very communicative and keep me informed everyday how he is doing.

Service has been great. [name removed] has been wonderful with my Mom. [name removed] was kind enough to meet with me at Trident Hospital for a consult. We were able to arrange for services to start when she got home.

My dad was not very easy to take care of, because of his Parkinson’s and becomes very angry with his caregivers. [name removed] did a very good job of taking care of care of him.

We’ve had a really good experience so far. The whole process was easier than I expected, and anytime I had a question, someone got back to me pretty quickly. The caregiver has been great and we’ve been really happy with how things have worked out.

All the caregivers have been great. Especially our regulars [name removed] and [name removed]. When our regular caregiver is not available they work hard to send a qualified substitute.
