I met with one of your healthcare team few months ago. It was a very good experience. The representative very professional and caring. He actively listened to my requests/ problems. Had short notice needs and they came through. Everyone there was great to work with. Then except a couple non critical issues with caregivers, everything went great. They should be at the top of your list!!!!

ComForCare, were extremely helpful and timely in arranging care for my sister in her time of need. My sister was very complementary about the level of care and its timeliness. They were instrumental in providing excellent care for my sister during the last month of her life. I am very grateful.

They have been very helpful and although we haven’t used them yet certainly are planning to in the near future. There hasn’t been any care yet but we chose them because after talking to three others felt confident with them in what we will be needing.

I first contacted A Place For Mom to get information around getting in home support for my parents when my mom was recovering from a back surgery. I was referred to HomeWell Care Services. They sent out a coordinator to understand our needs very quickly - within 2 days of me calling. The coordinator was fabulous and repeated the company very good. We used 2 ladies that HomeWell Care Services assigned us and both were great. This entire experience turned out way better than I expected and almost 2 months later we are still using one of the ladies. She helps my mom shower, get around, do her at home exercises, cooks, light cleaning, laundry, even went to a doc appt with us. Highly recommend. The company works with you to tailor things to your needs as your needs change over time.

Home Instead is a good solution to our needs to have someone stay with a disabled family member while the primary caregiver is away. They are also helping with housekeeping tasks. The friendly and caring attitude is wonderful.

I was pleasantly pleased by this agency. Very professional and friendly. I was able to meet my caregivers before they actually started which was nice. A week in and it has been a good fit. My caregiver is very friendly and kind to me.

Both ladies have always been on time for their scheduled appointment, actually the morning lady is always 10 minutes early. Both are very attentive to my wife’s needs. Never on cell phone except for check in and check out. Very different from past Agency experience. I would certainly recommend Seniors.

Seniors helping Seniors worked out great. Very friendly and respectful of my 98-year-old Mother-in-law. They were punctual and dealt well with the situation. Great service when needed. I would recommend.

The girls from the service who help me are wonderful.. a gallon… Very reliable and pleasant. I feel very fortunate to have found these ladies. They are willing to help in any way, as well as being good company.

VIP Care was amazing to work with when I needed care for my mother. The intake and scheduling team is incredibly compassionate, kind, and responsive. I had to make several changes to my mother’s care schedule to request longer hours as she continued to decline and they never faltered - always came through immediately with staff. On that note, the companions were lovely. They really cared about my mom and have even checked on her recently even though I had to move her to assisted living care. I really can’t say enough about his company, they really helped me and my family tremendously during a very hard time. I will forever be grateful.

My husband and I so grateful for Cornerstone Caregiving. The Caregivers have been a God send for us!. We were at a point in our health issues that we were considering an Assisted Living Center. But Cornerstone was our answer to stay in our own home. The Caregivers have been wonderful. They are so up lifting and truly caring. They keep up our laundry, prepare breakfast and lunch meals. Keep our kitchen clean, sweep the floors daily. Most of all assist with our daily personal care and assist bathing. Go for walks with us and listen to us talk about the " Good old Days." So nice to have some one to converse with. We don't have many visitors or family. We have grown to feel our Caregiver is like our family member. We thank God we are blest to have our very special Caregiver!

I had an awesome experience from beginning to end. The 2 ladies that were chosen went above and beyond so much my mom actually seemed comfortable with them which is rare. I would definitely recommend.

[name removed] at Silver Steps has been very responsive to our needs for our mom. Mom lives with us full-time. She has moderate to severe cognitive decline and several physical challenges normal for a 97-year-old woman. [name removed] has worked to give consistent care from various caregivers.

Cornerstone Caregiving has taken great care of my 92 year old father in his home. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Cornerstone took care of all the paperwork and scheduling. My family felt secure and happy for the great care he has received.

First of all, the customer service reps were outstanding. They were very responsive and thorough in their follow-up. The person they sent to my house was fantastic ([name removed]). I don't know how she could have done a better job, upbeat personality, willing to work hard, punctual, etc.

We have been using Synergy for about three months now for my uncle. They are awesome!! The ladies who help my uncle are compassionate, punctual, extremely helpful and I would recommend anyone looking for home care to hire Synergy. Their care has relieved a great deal of stress for my mother and I in helping to take care of my uncle and I can’t thank them enough.
