The staff at Home Instead in Charleston were kind, patient, caring and understanding with my Mom as she made a challenging choice in her life. She LOVES her companion, the relationship has made a huge difference in her life. Thanks, Home Instead!!

Overall there have been a few contractual issues resolved. The staff never leave a mess, it is always presentable. Early caregivers were not as customer oriented as some. We gave the care services a 5 based on what I wanted. Based on the experience we have had with Senior Helpers, we would recommend their services to other families.

Working with Vikki and everyone at Ezra Homecare has been an amazing experience. They stepped up in an emergency situation and had 24/7 care in place in a very short timeframe. As an elder law attorney myself I wouldn't hesitate to refer them to my colleagues, friends, and clients.

Just gotta say, Krowne Healthcare is the best! Their customer service is amazing - they really listen and make you feel like family. Plus, everyone's super friendly and professional. If you want healthcare with a personal touch, Krowne's the place to go!

Whitaker homemaker services has been a blessing. My 70 year old brother had a stroke and I reached out to them because I needed help caring for him. It is one of the best decisions I've ever made. The staff is friendly, they do light cleaning and meals for him and my brother is very happy. [Name removed] adds the personal touch and shows genuine concern. I recommend this service to everyone.

Comfort Keepers of Buena Park was very attentive. Was polite with mother up to her passing. We were both there and she did everything up to the ambulance came. She remained polite and respectful even during my mom's difficult times

My daughter-in-law did a lot of research, she found Preferred Care at Home and was very impressed with them. They're very personable. I wanted someone for Saturday and Sunday after he came home from the skilled facility, the first girl they sent was very sweet and attentive, and then [name removed] came and has been with him since then, and she is phenomenal. She goes with him to OT, she observes what they're doing and she does those things with him, and she's very attentive. The first few days he was afraid to walk and she got him up and moving around the house and then she worked with him over time to walk all the way around the block.

Fully satisfied with their service.best service with experienced caregivers with affordable and manageable rates. I recommend everyone to contact them for assistance for the needy. It’s the best place for us and our families to keep in this agency.

Great company to work for i highly recommend. They are very organized, professional, and great at communicating skills . Even the on-call staff was great and reliable. My family and I loved every caregiver that the company sent out!

It was a wonderful and professional experience I will recommend the service to friends and family it really was a pleasure. The staff was very kind helpful and patient. Any thing I had questions on was answered I didn’t have to leave multiple voice messages if they missed a call I was contacted as soon as possible.

The service from the caregiver and the staff in the office are wonderful! We would recommend this agency to anyone who cares about their vulnerable loved ones who need conscientious care and a good friend.

[Name removed] was a blessing to our family. She did more than was expected of her and was a great inspiration to our mother. There was a couple that had no training which couldn’t do anything without help or didn’t know what to do.

We're no longer with them, but The staff was prompt, courteous and efficient. The admin was very accommodating to the needs of the client(s) and family.

I just called [name removed] and he was on the ball. The caregivers he has sent me have all been very good. They cook for me and even take care of my dog. I'd be hard pressed without them; this is something I need.
