I think they're very professional. They have a notebook that they take notes in so the family knows what's going on throughout the day. They were great at interacting with my loved one, who was resistant to them being there. They were prompt to arrive I would recommend them to other families.

Thanks so much for all you did for us last week. My mother was at peace Friday when she passed. We are so grateful for you stepping right in and making it happen – to handle meds and watching over our Mom in her last day.

I would recommend them to others. They are punctional, if someone can't show up on time they will send another caregiver to help out. They will do cleaning, cooking, and take your loved one to the doctor. They will pretty much do anything you want them to do.

The staff is very friendly and they do a great job. They are easy to get in touch with and the value is very good. They are always on time and do a good job communicating how everything went at the end of their time. I would recommend this service to others and already have. My father just loves them.

I would like to see more done while the caregiver is here. The staff and the office staff are all very nice. I need a caregiver that can help with personal care and moving my loved one when needed

They were very good, we have absolutely no issues and the care services they provided we great. The workers were very responsible and attentive, the value was comperable compared to other services and they worked well with us on that, they were very accommodating.

Our experience with the Home Instead has been excellent, and some of the staff members are extremely friendly our loved really gravitates to them. The lady who came when we first needed the service was amazing, she was a big help.

The office team is vey nice and knowledgeable. They make great matches with their clients and Caregivers.

Overall it was a good experience with Griswold and the caregiver we had was very friendly. The only thing I did not like was the way that you pay them, they bill you each week rather than every 2 weeks or month. I would tell others just to make sure to read between the fine lines.

The caregivers were very helpful and did a great job with my dad. The office staff was flexible with our schedule changes, responded very quickly and polite with answering questions/ concerns. We were very happy with the care provided.

They are very in-tuned with their clients needs and are very responsive to messages.

We chose Synergy home care because they were recommended to us. The lady that they sent us was fabulous and really great and so was the owner. I would definitely recommend them.

They were excellent, and the care they gave our loved one was also excellent. We thought the cast was very acceptable.

I can't say enough about Griswold Home Care Plano. It is a perfect match for my father. The caregiver and staff go far and above to provide excellent service. We are very happy with the care that is being provided to our family.
