[name removed] is a 5/5! [name removed] is excellent and helped to make the move process and transition for my mom super smooth. The faculty is clean and appreciated the outdoor space. The studio apartment was the perfect size space for my mom's transition.

I obviously don't eat at the community, but my mom who is a very picky eater has expressed being fairly happy with most of the food, and the chef has been accommodating with her desire to have things cooked a certain way Also, the facility is very clean, the staff up to this point has been very friendly, and the activities although my mom may not participate in something every day, have met her needs to be out and creating some friendships. We would recommend this community to other families based on the experience.

They were very accommodating on ever need I requested for my father's care. When he was there they made sure he was watched over and kept comfortable. The staff is awesome. They have great meals and entertainment during the day. Very clean and Quiet. I would recommend them not only to others, but for my Wife or Me. Wonderful place. Thank You.

The staff is friendly; administration is proactive and communicative; facility is pleasant and located in a peaceful part of town. Yes, I would recommend it.

We've had mostly great experience here. The staff overall are wonderful with just a few exceptions and those aren't bad-just not quite the caliber of most of them. Activities are mostly boring I think but doesn't affect us-[name removed] isn't able to do any, anyway. I think they're trying do better and get more creative people. .

Of all the Senior living places I visited, the 2 bedroom I looked at was the best. There was plenty of room for me to have a bedroom and an office. Over the next year or two, I will be downsizing all my late wife's furniture, and my own too. At that time, I am hoping that either this, or another like it will be available.

The staff are so caring and personalize my dad's care and activities. They are great communicators, keeping me well informed.

Staff is kind. Willing to work with families. Room is nice size for two adults. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved ones.

My grandma was here and lived here and they did a amazing job they treated her so well and there food was so good and they have any amazing meals and stuff and I really like how they do things with the older people and they also like to talk to us a lot

Building was full of funny and very helpful employees, all the residents were very kind and charming and i felt comfortable and at home from the moment i stepped foot in the building. The environment was wonderful and the views are incredible.

It's good here. Staff is kind and helpful. Place is very clean and doesn't smell. And his needs are cared for. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

It is a lovely open and comfortably appointed facility! I could easily relate to the experience of living there. This was my first reaching out to explore the option of residential living. The manager kindly guided me by opening me to “understand” the orientation to the details I needed to consider in making this kind of a change. The outcome was very reassuring for providing comfortable maintenance in a very reassuring and competently organized environment.

Spring Gardens was very accommodating! Very clean; in-fact it was immaculate every time we went there! The staff was genuine; nurses were exceptional with mom and with us!!! Meals were something to look forward to! As far as recreational mom wouldn't do anything there; but they had plenty of things to keep the residents busy! I'm really glad we had an opportunity to see how a well run facility could be run!!!

Of the facilities I’ve toured so far, Spring Gardens is in the top 2 with both facilities battling for first place. The rooms were nice and spacious. The common areas were well appointed, clean and inviting. The fresh baked cookies were a lovely touch and delicious. The residents were happy, engaged and seemed very comfortable and content in their environment. The staff was attentive and well liked by the residents, which says a lot.

The staff has been great. My mother is being taken care of very well. The food the activities in the overall cleanliness has been great we have made several trips there since my mom moved in on the [date removed].

The Staff is very helpful and seems very ready to meet our needs , the people are very friendly, the place is clean and they do a quick clean of our place each week, even though we are independent e ery one is willing to help in emergencies, plenty of varied activities to participate or not,the Staff have been very attentive to make this a choice experience

We absolutely love Avista Senior Living. My mom is almost 92. The facility is amazingly clean and the workers are so kind. I would recommend this facility
