My husband said the food is delicious, especially the soup. Staff is friendly and attentive to the residents. Rooms are a nice size and always kept clean.

The room is a good size, and the community is clean and well maintained. My father-in-law isn't a fan of the air conditioner—it has a large unit under the window, similar to what you find in a hotel, and it blows quite a bit of air, so the room can feel cold at times. Other than that, it works well. The staff has been kind, friendly, and helpful throughout his stay. We usually sweep and tidy up his room between the scheduled housekeeping visits, but the cleaning staff does a good job. The food is okay, although my father-in-law doesn't like to come out of his room very often. Because of that, his meals are usually brought to his room, which has worked out well for him.

My brother started off as independent living but within two months they identified that [name removed] needed some assistance. We upgraded his care . They were on top of his medical conditions and gave excellent support.

The entire staff is friendly and caring. This is a great choice for anyone looking for memory care.

I would definitely recommend to others! There are plenty of activities for residents to participate in. Great staff. If anything out of the ordinary happened with my parents they call. I feel like I'm kept in the loop with anything that pertains to them. The staff if very approachable and extremely nice and helpful.

Our sister is very happy at Atria Collwood. The staff are extremely kind, she has a lovely room looking out on lots of trees and enjoys the meals and activities.

Everyone at Bayshire is friendly and helpful. The place is beautifully maintained. The food is healthy with a great variety of choices and the chef is willing to work with individual tastes. The activities are fun and engaging and led by a lovely director. The outdoor areas are relaxing and beautifully landscaped. My parents really enjoy the walking path, the rocking chairs and sitting area by the fountains.

Staff is very dedicated. Communicate with ma all the time. They assist residents with celebrating all holidays and send me pictures of my mom. Food is wonderful. Fresh cooked. Staff keeps residents active with games, hobbies, walks and exercising. My mom is in memory care and has a large bedroom with a sitting area. Mom is happier at Brookdale.

The staff is great, they always stay in contact with me and keep me updated on my moms health. My mom engages in all the activities, the staff wants them to be active and not alone in their rooms. She shares a room but has some privacy and she doesn't seem to mind having roommates. I definitely would recommend memory care at Bayshire.

We took a virtual tour and were very excited to see all that this community has to offer. [name removed] was extremely kind and I can imagine the residents love her. It feels very supportive for those who have left their homes. The services and activities are amazing, a very gentle place to transition to. Thank you!

This has been beyond expectations. Unbelievable 100% of staff enjoy & care about taking care of us. The staff is responsive & very kind-hearted. Food is plentiful, with multiple choices each meal... And it tastes delicious 90-95% of the time. The other residents are primarily wonderful people & easily approachable. Compassion and thougtfulness is everywhere. Different activities, daily, including excursions, musical guests, virtual reality goggles, parties, classes, etc

I would say 5 for all except the price as it's a little high so that would be 4. The staff are great. The activities are fun for the people living there.

I can't say enough about Atria Collwood. You instantly feel the warmth and sense of of community. The staff members are caring, attentive and truly make residents feel like family. Meals are delicious and laundry, housekeeping and cable TV are included. They go above and beyond to ensure residents stay active, engaged, and happy. In a peaceful, friendly neighborhood. Atria Collwood sets the standard for senior living.

The staff is remarkable. All appear to have been hired because of their skill and unending care and kindness, The dining is superb thanks to the chef cooks and servers. The food us fresh delicious and taken care of room care laundry and no safety. A huge plus has been the many daily have made here.

They have friendly staff, food decent and lots of choices, comfortable. Reasonable room rates. I would absolutely recommend them to others who are searching for a place for their loved one. He is very happy there and we never thought he would settle in.

We love the place. The are very caring. Very clean and we love all the staff. Yes, we would recommend Bayshire San Dimas to other families based on the experience so far.

The staff has been amazing, very supportive. Food options got my parents have a nice variety and they can always get a meal even if they miss the dining room hours. The nursing staff keeps me updated on my parents if something happens are easily accessible. I feel like there's enough people that interact with them that if something was wrong, they would notice. I feel like my parents are safe there. Unfortunately I suffered a broken leg & arm and am not able to go there, but feel confident they're taken care of. Such a relief to me.

I have three pages of complaints. Obviously they aren't bad enough to take my mother out. It's essentially the poor quality of care by the heath and wellness staff. Everyone else there is lovely and very caring. I think anyone wanting to put a parent in Brookdale should know is that they have to be a strong advocate for their parent and to keep a constant watch on their care.

Quality of care drop down to a four only because they have a few not so great aides that would rather chit chat then do their job. That being said they have very caring and amazing staff! Their response time to a pressed call Button could be quicker but they have a lot of patients and are probably short on quality staff, as everyone is in California. Our family has experienced a friendly staff, great dining room and food, fun and plentiful activities, prompt and efficient Administration. I would recommend Brookdale for your loved one.
