It's been great! My mom is pretty shy and introverted, but she has already made several friends thanks to all of the activities they offer! It has been a wonderful transition!

PJC is extremely well maintained and comfortable. The apartments were very up-to-date compared to the other places we toured. There's tons of daily activities and a few very nice central areas like the indoor game rooms, pool, outdoor social area and dog park. The overall value for the compared to the other places we looked was just fantastic.

It's a great community and they have fun activities. I would recommend the community to others.

I LOVE living here, and what makes it so special is the people and the activities. The Park gets a BIG 5. The apartments are spacious, the closet safe large walk in. We are located walking distance of 3 supermarkets and a mini mall and lots of eateries.

For seniors on a limited budget (basically SSA), I would like to see the rent lowered, but otherwise I'm very pleased overall. The staff and residents are very friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly. My husband and I feel safe here.

What we like the most about Park at John's Creek is that it is a great location for us, has activities if we choose to participate, very nice office staff, property is very well maintained. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.

This is an independent senior focused apartment complex, not assisted living. They have a wonderful staff at the office and an activities coordinator to facilitate community activities for those who wish to meet their neighbors and socialize.

What we like the most about The Grand Parkway is the staff's attention to detail about the safety of their residents. Non-stick flooring and shower floor, no step between kitchen and garage. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The Grand Parkway is everything that it bills itself to be. The amenities are excellent. The pool was recently redone. The location is perfect with lots of shopping and eateries within a couple of miles.

It was love at first sight for me. The grounds are gated and beautiful! The residents are very friendly and outgoing. And the modern renovations to the apartments, especially the open floor plans and kitchen islands are spectacular! I love my apartment! The grounds and facilities are immaculate. We have valet trash pickup daily from in front of our doors .The maintenance staff is very efficient and friendly. Will fulfill your maintenance requests in a timely fashion (most times within 24 hours). The staff is very professional and caring about their residents. They are always willing to go the extra mile. This is a totally independent active senior community. The living quarters are full apartments that you provide your own furnishings, and are ADA compliant. There is no food service or medical care here. However, we are 5 minutes away from Emory Hospital, Johns Creek and surrounded by medical offices and services. We also have a robust activity schedule, pool and gym, and a wonderful activities director.0 Best of all walking distance to stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. I made a great decision choosing to reside at Park at Johns Creek. Drop by for a tour and see for yourself. You'll be glad you did! A Happy Camper!

She had nothing but nice things to say about this facility. I was very surprised because we have been to other facilities that did missed a box off my checklist. This place had nice staff and it is very clean. Well managed!

I am currently a resident at The Grand Parkway. The staff is willing to work with you. The move in process was well organized. I would recommend this place to others due them having a bus to take you to Kroger, HEB and several other places.

The care services at the moment are unknown. When it comes to the meals and dining I don't use. I'm sure it's fine. Only been for Thanksgiving lunch and it was very good. I haven't been to the activities - I'm new here . Residents seem happy overall. The value for costs seems average - it's just inflation is still a problem. Overall I would recommend this community to other families l

Not much to add. The staff are good and helpful with any questions or issues that you may have. I would recommend Park at Johns Creek.

My parents are very happy with the apartment and amenities. They especially like the impromptu socializing around the lawn and gazebo with neighbors in the evenings and the fact that they can join in activities when they want but not feel pressured if the would rather do something else. It has been a great move for them. The movie days could be better. Projector is not always working correctly and maybe show some older classic movies??

The Grand Parkway was nice they didn't have an apartment available at the time. The villa that I was able to see was a bit small for what I was looking for. Their management team was great. They were so helpful to answer any questions I had. The only drawback I had being sensitive to cigarette smoke was that I was able to detect it in the hallways.
