My mother-in-law was a resident for a couple of years, and I cannot say enough about the staff and the exceptional care they provide. It was clear that they genuinely cared about her. The facility is very clean, especially the kitchen, and my mother-in-law thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the activities. I highly recommend The Oaks to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Small facility so they gave extra TLC to the residents. Staff is all very nice, felt like a family there Many long term employees The apartments are good sized, but he was just in a single room. It was a little small, only a twin bed would fit. But they had some bigger rooms

Corridor Crossing is a really great place. My mom loves it there and they take very good care of her. My family has gotten to know all the staff very well and they love our mother. And that's all that matters.

The memory care unit was very attentive and spent time with her. The rooms were very nice. The garden courtyard was lovely and very inviting. The unit was safe and secure. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish she was still there. The current level of interaction where my mother is at now is sub par, the just place her in front of a tv with no activities to do. The rooms are double occupancy and very cramped. And it costs twice as much. It's sad that it was decided she could no longer live where she was.

I have to give them a 5 for being so very helpful! Corridor crossings is very nice. I have stopped by to see mom at several different times during the day and week and it is always clean, the food looks good! Mom really enjoys the singers when they visit and is planning to get in on the bingo. They clean her room once a week and do her laundry separately. I sat with mom and several residents at dinner who also had good things to say.

What we like the most about the community is that it is very homey, staff are kind and caring, it is very family oriented. Absolutely would and have recommended to others

I recommend everyone on the day shift super, evening shift not so much.

We moved in [date removed], and it’s been great place caring and very helpful staff and they look out for those residents. I am grateful for that. This is a new adventure for my husband and I it’s hard to place your spouse somewhere other than home but tradition of Preston has made it so easy very supportive.

Clean and secure housing with wonderful staff. They were good about answering questions prior to move in. Staff is friendly and really has worked to make our mom comfortable in the life transition.

My mom was very resistant when asked to go try the assisted living experience . They allowed her to come in and use their furnished apartment while she decided if it was a fit for her. She was not very open minded but something that she has admitted is that she feels very well cared for there. All of the staff is always happy and ready to help with the resident needs as well as the family needs. The facility is always clean and it has a cozy feeling when you move around in there. The residents can always participate in daily activities if they choose. They have a lovely outdoor area that they can get fresh air if needed. I can honestly say that everyone takes their job seriously there and I have peace of mind knowing she is in good hands there.

My name is [name removed] and my Mom is [name removed]. My Mom had always been resistant to go into an assisted living place but after braking her ribs at 95 years old it was time to make the call. With support of her family and friends we found Corridor Crossing Place and are very thankful we did. The staff has been very helpful and friendly and my Mom has been very happy with everyone and feels very much at home. I would highly recommend anyone who is considering a kind place to have thier parèntah cared for they would be hard pressed to find a better place anywhere.

Golden Lodge Assisted Living is very accommodating in creating a program based on individual needs. We used them for respite care for my husband.

Staff at Whispering Willow were wonderful with my Dad during his short stay. Both staff and the other residents were kind and encouraging. Dad even found a brother and sister he knew, who he spent time with in his high school years. As Dad started to decline, staff kept me updated with changes on a regular basis. I appreciated this so much. I couldn’t have gone through everything the past several months without the amazing staff at Whispering Willow.

I give all these questions a 5. It's a good place for mom and she is happy there. The only problems I see is the building is old and they have a lot of plumbing problems. These problems are addressed as they come up. Mom and us are so glad that she is there.

All the staff at Traditions were so helpful. Even staff I haven’t gotten to meet and work behind the scenes have been amazing. My father in law loves his new place and has great things to say about everyone there.

Mom has been very very happy there their closest thing to being and feeling independent but having constant care and not having to worry about taking her meds. Overall very very impressed with everything there and I think Mom will be happy for the rest of her time. ARC is great. The facility is well staffed and kind. The room feels like a regular apartment and comfortable. There's an underground garage for those who can still drive and in the basement there 's storage for things like seasonal decorations that you can have for a small fee. They have a movie theater downstairs. The dining area is set up more like a little restaurant. They have activities all the time. You can sign up for trips. They take shopping and restaurant trips on a regular basis. You can set up an account so that if you want a driver to take you somewhere you just have to let them know and it can be all paid for right out of your account. Also, they have paired up with a clinic and now have a registered nurse and doc who can come in and see the patients in their room for like annual checkups blood draws things of that nature so they don't have to go out to a clinic for small things. I would definitely recommend this establishment to anyone who is looking for themselves or a loved one.

Twin Oaks and their other facility are amazing! Even housekeeping is friendly and they don't cut corners. [Name removed], who gets you checked in, takes you on tours of the whole facility, answering any and all questions. The nursing staff always has time to help or advise families as life changes for the residents. There is a chef, quite friendly and making many dishes that are familiar to the residents. There is always someone to assist anyone needing help. It is an amazing place and I would recommend it to anyone looking for assisted living! My mom, in the first year living there, moved 3 times to get to a size suite that she loves!

I would recommend. But my brother moved at after a few months.

I find the staff to be very supportive of the residents and their families. They treat the residents like they are family. They have a lot of activities and bus trips to keep them busy. The food is good. I highly recommend the facility to anyone who has dementia or Alzheimer's.

I have been very pleased. My husband had to be in another facility for 9 days before I found Corridor Crossing Place. It was a huge facility, no windows, no outdoor area and cost more, I was very happy that this fit what I had hoped for him. Aspects I most like are the small size with small number of residents and the home like feeling. Residents eat together and do activities together. I know the residents names and all the staffs' names. More like an actual home feeling are all the windows and outdoor area. You don't feel as institutionalized. Meals are dished out instead of coming on covered plates as in the hospital, so if someone doesn't like something they don't have to take it. I guess if I was to pick what I least like it would be not having a medical person on staff . My husband has fallen out of his wheelchair and I had to transport him to the hospital myself because it happened at night. He did need glue but has fallen other times and I would get a call without a nurse actually seeing him. Just told they recommend he go to the emergency room. Once I got there and saw him I declined to take him. Transporting is very difficult when he is wheelchair bound and off times for using a transport service.
