Fourmidable

My mother is currently a resident at Brookhaven Manor, and I have serious concerns about her safety and the facility’s response to those concerns. I have personally observed concerning behavior from the activities specialist, [Name Removed], while she was on duty, including appearing disoriented and not fully attentive to residents. I brought this to the attention of staff and management, but no meaningful action was taken. It is extremely troubling that concerns about staff conduct affecting vulnerable residents are not being addressed appropriately. Because of this, I am now actively making plans to move my mother to another facility. Families trust facilities like this to provide a safe and professional environment. Right now, I cannot say that standard is being met.

Horrible facility. New manager as of [date removed]. Never there, does not address issues, doesn't know anything. Rude office staff, boring activities, mean kitchen staff. Food is terrible and minimal menu. Nothing good about this place.
