We have told several people about this community for their loved ones . They are very friendly people. They have activities like bingo, puzzles, happy hour, church and more for the residents to do to stay busy.

It's very new and very modern. The staff is experiencing some turnover, and right now we don't have a director. But the front office staff is very good. And the activities director is amazing. The chefs in the kitchen are very good as well. The people who live here are very intelligent people, so you can have conversations that are meaningful. They're all very friendly. We're also in a good location if you like living in the city.

Our family had an in person tour and this was our second choose only because it had not opened yet so we did not get to really meet any residents or staff members.

This is a wonderful place to live and you should come and see it. We have different activities like sing along, women's group and a lot of card groups for the residents to stay busy and have something to do.

It's a very clean place, and there's a very pleasant, friendly, family feel among the staff. I know that they're all working hard to provide a safe and good environment for my dad. Because it's a new facility, I'm curious to see how things will grow in terms of whether or not there will be a change in the care that's provided. Right now, the staff to resident ratio is very good, and I'm pleased about all that they do offer. My dad tells me the food is very good. There's a good variety, and he appreciates their comfort food approach. They serve plenty of meatloaf, turkey and gravy, hearty sandwiches, soups. For breakfast, they have not just scrambled eggs every day but also waffles, oatmeal, pancakes. They follow nutritional guidelines for fruits and veggies. The food is freshly prepared and doesn't taste like your typical cafeteria type food. He also loves the desserts. They have lots of nice pies and cakes and sweet things. One area they could improve on is activities. Because they're newer, they don't have an activities director hired on yet. So they're trying to give the residents things like puzzles and coloring books, and there's a putting green. But they haven't really made a schedule of various activities yet.

Our tour with Seven Hills Senior Living went very well

We loved Global Pointe. Initially this was our first choice, it is a beautiful facility. After they assessed my dad no one ever got back to us and there was no follow up which was disappointing because we could really see my dad here.

We toured the community and the tour was very positive and very comprehensive. The staff was very engaging and friendly. we based our decision on price, location, and the care offered.

They have been doing a really good job given everything that has been going on. We like that it is a smaller community so it has more of that one on one times between the staff and residents.

I would want others to know that we had a really great experience and I would recommend The Glen at Minnetonka to anyone looking for a senior living community for themselves or a loved one.

This tour was a wonderful tour. [Name removed] did a marvelous job and it was the first time I've used my smartphone for anything like this so thanks [name removed]! I'm very impressed with this apartment complex. I did however, forgot to ask prices. So I will make contact again after the holiday weekend.

I believe that they care and try really hard to understand each individual and their care as well as their families. They send pictures of the activities my parents are doing. They go that extra step. Brand new place, my dad was the first resident in memory care. Rooms are really nice, the movers even commented that the rooms were larger than other communities they had been to. My parents really like the food, it is all cooked from scratch.

Our tour was very thorough and informative. We felt they were very transparent with pricing and amenities. We were impressed with the beautiful grounds and marsh views. They have done good job with common spaces and the outdoor areas look inviting (and we toured in the winter). There is scheduled transportation to almost anywhere you need to go. [Name removed] spent over 2 hours with us going over every question my parents had. I appreciated her patience and kindness.

I would like to commend the staff members in memory care. The gentle kindness and care the offer the residents is beyond measure. Thank you!

Our family is grateful to The Glenn Hopkins for the wonderful care, love and support shown to our Dad and family. When our Dad made the decision to move to a Senior Living location, we visited multiple homes but kept returning to The Glenn Hopkins. [Name removed] and the Marketing Team were very patient, allowing us to visit multiple times as they understood this was a major decision. Dad spent 5 months in The Towers and 10 months in Assisted Living. [Name removed] , [Name removed] , and [Name removed] were fantastic accommodating many schedule changes. Dad formed many friendships with residents and staff members. The nurses and aides are very special people who show love and patience every day. Dad did not want to spend his final days in a hospital. Instead, he spent them in his home being cared for by the people who he knew and who cared about him. Our family is OVERWHELMED by the love and support that was shown to our Dad and us during his final days and the days that followed as we planned his service and moved out. It was a steady stream of staff and neighbors who came to show their love for him and say goodbye. It was very touching that staff members took their personal time to come to the funeral service and we are so thankful to [Name removed] who officiated his service. The Glenn was an extension of our family. Dad frequently would say “God brought me to The Glenn”. We are thankful to everyone who touched his and our family’s lives. We highly recommend The Glenn Hopkins. [Name removed]

This community was very nice and I'm in the process of becoming a resident. They had an apartment for the right price and the right amenities. I pay electric, cable, Phone and internet. They pay all other utilities. They have a bus for transportation and a chapel (beautiful), lots of activities and well kept apartments and community areas. Excited!

We toured at The Glen, and I really loved the community. I thought the staff there was amazing. Everyone was friendly, very helpful, and super accommodating. I thought the place was beautifully decorated, had a very nice chapel, and seemed lively with a lot of activities. However, my loved ones decided to move into a community that would be a better personal fit for them.

I went on a tour here and the staff was awesome they seemed wonderful and caring and they answered all of my questions. This place was beautiful and they offer lots of daily activities. They have great amenities. They go on trips. They also have a nurse on staff. I would recommend families tour several places so they can compare them. Please let me know if you need any more info.

My father has recently made the move into this community and I could have not picked a better place for him to go. The staff have all been perfect and I absolutely comfortable with the care they have been providing him. I am pleased to see him eating well and getting involved with the different activities with the other residents. Honestly I truly do not think we could have found anything better than this place and what they have done for my dad. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This is a good community for care. I like knowing that the community us very clean and maintained. The community offers outstanding activities for all of the residents. The menu is good and I like knowing that she is happy with the nice variety of healthy meals. We would recommend the outstanding care and value for a loved one.
