I would rate them 5 stars, the staff are very caring and attentive to their tenants. We are very pleased with her care there. I actually do recommend Lake Wylie to anyone asking about elder care.

First thing I noticed was how clean smelling the facility When we arrived there was a group playing a game where there the patients were playing and competing against each other. They were having a good time with it. I thought that [name removed] would like. Overall very happy with everyone.

The food is great, the staff is great and the rooms are clean. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Very nice facility very clean and up-to-date. Our tour staff was friendly. I recommend. We were given a tour. And [name removed] was very knowledgeable answered all her questions including follow up phone calls, and emails. Location was close to our home. Easy access and facility had plenty of activities for Mom.

The facility is very nice. It's clean, has several areas for residents to lounge in, a room for coffee and TV, a cafeteria and more. The staff is very friendly and informative - I met with [name removed] who was wonderful. She answered all my questions. The apartment was cute, functional & well kept. I would recommend Azalea Hills to anyone.

Very good experience. [names removed], all the staff we encounter was very nice showed empathy and caring The attention given to Mother was very good. The level of care and checking on her every two hours. The place gave you a warm feeling. The food was good. Mothers diet was puree food and the chef did their best to provide a good meal

Just wish they had a shady covered area outside,there is not much outside area where there is access for wheelchairs.They were slow getting my sister's physical therapy, two months and they are just now getting her on the program,even though her doctor and myself had approved. All else is o.k for now.

[name removed] showed me sample of rooms and the rest of the facility, gave me a monthly activity calendar as well as the monthly menu. I had a home assessment for a family member that was done very courteously.

We visited the center first, then went back the next day with my sister. They showed us around, even her room. She met some of the residents and had lunch there. After much discussion about her needs and the care she would receive, we made the decision for her to move to Lake Wylie. The cost for her to live there was also a factor. She has adjusted to living there, and has made new friends. Having her own private room made a big difference for her also. We have been pleased with her care.

The staff are amazing! ED, sales manager, caregivers, dietitians, nurses, etc. All have shown lots of patience, grace, and care during this difficult time!

I would give each of those categories a sound 5. I have been very satisfied with my experience with Cambridge Landing although my spouse has severe memory loss and continues to decline, he is contented, and well cared for.

WIndsor Ridge wrote the book on person centered care! I have never been associated with a place who truly embraced the residents and made them family until I found this facility. It truly feels like my loved one is a part of a family that includes the other residents, the staff members, and MY family. What a blessing![Name Removed] the director, is engaged, kind, and very astute as it relates to needs and care of the residents who live there. He is always available to us and is anxious to please us. I also want to compliment the nurses and caregivers. They have all just been excellent. The facility is clean and tastefully furnished, and feels like home. The food is great. We recommend this facility without hesitation. If you are looking for a place in the Jeffersonville area, please check them out!

This facility is really large and the natural light used is fantastic! I met with [name removed] and she gave me a tour, very nice lady. The Garnet is very clean and does not smell bad. This is the place I wanted for my Dad. My favorite part was the fact that they had a pool. Great place!

The directors were very helpful with information about their facility. We learned what we needed to do to enroll our family member. She was accepted and we have settled her into her new home away from home. She is adjusting well and we hope she will continue to thrive in this new setting. The best qualities about Lake Wylie: 1. Friendliness of the staff 2. Helpfulness of the staff 3. Care given to the residents 4. The overall cost of care

Cambridge crossings assisted living and memory care assisted living and memory care is an amazing facility! I love the family oriented vibes in the facility. You can tell that the staff really cares about the residents and that they have an individual relationship with each and every one of them! The management team is also amazing. I came in and seen the ED, RCC, HWD, and the Sales directors helping their clinical staff with a smile. You can tell that they care about both the staff and residents needs. The communication is top notch as well! Let not forget how AMAZING the community smells and looks great! I definitely would recommend this community over any other a million times!

I am more pleased than I ever thought I would be. The staff is so caring from the maintenance man to the director. Have not had one negative experience in the 8 months my mother has been in memory care there. I like that it is a smaller facility and they have plenty of activities to make the time more pleasant for the residents.

[name removed] was very polite and knowledgeable and answered all my questions I really liked the rooms but we may need skilled nursing in the near future which is not available here.

The staff is very helpful and caring. It's a calm, intimate environment and the food is great! Mom enjoyed her stay there before she passed.
