They were responsive and willing to work with our schedule. The facility was clean and the staff was always available to answer any questions. The process was smooth, straightforward and simple.

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating with my Mom’s needs. The Sales Associate was supportive and reassuring while keeping in touch with us through my Mom’s transition of moving to their Retirement Community. Residents seemed happy and were friendly with us. The home was well maintained with lots of activities scheduled., though it sits on the higher end of the pricing spectrum. We feel confident that Mom will be well supported and have opportunities to make new Friendships there which will enhance her quality of life.

We had a positive experience when touring the facility. It was up to date and clean. We were shown a furnished room and an unfurnished room. The paper work process was easy and our questions were answered. We moved in and were never once greeted by any employee or checked on through out that process. We were told that laundry services for towels and bed linens were provided as well as light cleaning of the room once a week. As of now we have not found that to be true. They have come twice in the month we have been there. Several of the meals have been inedible and as for the length of time we have been residents all meals have been served on plastic plates cups and silverware. We have been told it is due to lack of staffing. While it meets our needs, the previous statements are being observed and will addressed if no improvements have been seen.

This place is wonderful for my dad and the people are so friendly. There are a ton of activities for everyone and they have people that come in and play music. It's very clean and smells good. My dad's accommodations are very nice. And he has his own balcony to sit and listen to the birds and watch thunderstorms... This place is great!

Holiday Alexis Gardens is a beautiful facility with many amenities and activities. The workers there are so friendly the people that greet you are so friendly. It’s a wonderful environment. I can’t wait for my mother to move in and watch her interact with all the other residents and have a social life and have some quality to her life.

food is very good, staff is very caring and polite. Cleanliness is very good. Like to have kitchen floor updated and bathroom floor updated. Very old floor, somewhat ugly, bur other than that, overall I like it very much. If you have a problem they get it taken care very soon

[name removed] was great to show me around. I wanted to see a studio apartment and a one bedroom. Both were nice, but I really liked the studio the best because it is only me. [name removed] answered all my questions and even did a follow-up call the next day if I had any other questions.

Mom loves the ply and we would recommend the community to others

Everything was wonderful. The tour was very thorough and they answered all of my questions. The food menu looked great too!!

I helped transport the veteran to the facility to sign his forms, and the facility got it done in less than 30 minutes including showing me his unit…. Great work.

My dad has only been here a few weeks and we all love Rushdale. The staff are more than wonderful. My dad said if he can’t be at home this is the best place to be. Love all the residents and fun activities to do.

The apartment size is good. There is plenty of room in each room. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have a lot of fun activities. There is someone e who cleans the apt once a week. The only negative is that it is not the same day each week. This is independent living. No care is provided. Unless the resident gets home care through their insurance or Medicare

White Oaks has been great - I give them 5 stars overall. My mom loves the activities. I would recommend them to others who are searching for senior living for their loved one.

I had to find a place for my brother quickly after his discharge from a rehab facility. Holiday Rancho Village is perfect. The staff and director was very accommodating and very understanding. They even provided my brother with furniture for his apartment. They have a care giving company that provides him with personal care that he’s needed. I recommend this place very much. They go out of their way to help you.

It is the best place she had ever lived. Great management, food is good, very clean. Her care is provided by Simply Home care & it is excellent!! No turnover. Very clean even the utility stair wells. Food, management is great. Not much turnover.

My father is a resident here, and our experience with the community has been wonderful. The environment is consistently clean, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout the entire facility, which gives our family great peace of mind. What truly sets this community apart is the staff. Everyone is exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. They go out of their way to ensure residents feel supported while maintaining their independence, creating a warm and vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend this community to any family looking for a clean, safe, and truly supportive living environment for their loved ones.

I live in Denver, Colorado, and have not actually ever been to Pinegate. My experience is through phone calls with the staff and conversations with relatives who have visited there. I have found staff to be professional, friendly and welcoming. Relatives who have visited my sister-in-law, who is living at Pinegate, report that the staff is very responsive. They describe a very attractive apartment and overall a very clean and nice facility with many fun activities for the residents. The cost for my sister-in-law to live there seems fair to me. I hope in the first couple of months that she will adjust and more fully realize how fortunate she is to be there.

I’ve really enjoyed living at Hidden Lakes. There are activities seven days a week, with different things offered periodically throughout the day, so there’s something to appeal to almost everyone. The staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. Hidden Lakes is an older building, but it is well cared for, and maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Housekeeping is provided once a week and includes cleaning the bathrooms, vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping. The community is also pet friendly, which is a big plus. Every apartment has a balcony or patio, providing a nice private outdoor space. There is also a beautiful lake with a walking path all the way around it. As someone who uses a motorized wheelchair, I appreciate that I’m able to enjoy the path as well. One important thing to know is that Hidden Lakes is an independent living facility, not an assisted living facility. Residents need to be able to take care of themselves, and management is very clear about that. For people with mobility limitations, there are a few things to keep in mind. For example, the sinks are not designed for wheelchair accessibility, and all of the washing machines are top-loading rather than front-loading. In my case, since I’m unable to stand, I hire someone from the community to help with dishes. Overall, I’ve found Hidden Lakes to be a friendly, well-maintained community with plenty of activities, private outdoor spaces, a great walking path, and helpful staff. It’s a good option for independent seniors who are looking for an active community while still having their own apartment and privacy.
