My visit was excellent ,I met with Very professional and very honest , could not have been better.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Holiday Vista de la Montaña! My father moved in a little over a month ago, and I am beyond impressed with the entire experience. Most importantly, he absolutely loves living here! The staff is AMAZING! They are genuinely kind, caring, attentive, and go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and valued. My father constantly compliments the quality of the food, and there is always an incredible variety of activities and social opportunities available throughout the week. There truly is something for everyone! Another thing that makes this community so special is the residents themselves. Everyone has been so friendly and welcoming, which made my father's transition into independent living so much easier. The best part is seeing how much my father is thriving! He is happy, engaged, and enjoying this chapter of his life. As his daughter, there is no greater peace of mind than knowing he is living somewhere he feels comfortable, cared for.

The staff are friendly and compassionate. The facial is very well maintained and clean. The chef prepares excellent meals and a large variety of food. There are many activities for residents to engage in. The only drawback for me was that my mother’s hair stylist was not able to use the salon there. The stylist there is only in a few days a week and she asked to come just for a hour a week to do my moms and was told no.

The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. They know everyone’s name. They direct you to the right person if you have any questions and make great suggestions to solve possible issues. The location is close to a small shopping mall and bus service is provided to other areas.

My sister and I visited this facility a couple of weeks ago. I liked the place. It was very clean and organized. My sister and I think that my brother might need a little more assistance.

Facility is immaculate and the staff is amazing! Very welcoming atmosphere! My Mom said the food was fantastic.

I was looking for a community that is lively, clean and friendly staff with good food. I found the right place for me! I have met so many new friends and I am having fun with the set up this community has. It is nice to be somewhere that is safe and the whole community looks out after each other.

My tour was lovely. I was encouraged with the studio apartment I saw. The prices I was quoted were too good to be true. I need a bit more medical help that is more available onsite. You do not accept MaineCare, so I cannot live there. Thank you.

The marketing manager was extremely helpful and thoughtful especially of my husband’s walking limits. Even though we both loved the first apartment, she took time to show another for comparison we signed an agreement that very day. The events coordinator provided the documents with professionalism.

Great facility, staff was friendly the other residents where friendly. Great location and it is going to be a great place to live.

Absolutely loved the facility! Very clean and well kept. Staff were friendly and welcoming! The dining room was spectacular and the amenities. It was a little out of my mother’s budget and she went with a less expensive option; however, we may revisit this location at a later date. My mom wanted a full kitchen and larger studio further north for less money.

I found the staff very friendly and the building very clean. We enjoyed a healthy lunch. The public areas were well appointed. The 1 bedroom apartments we were shown were spacious but the thick carpeting was challenging to navigate with a walker. There was only 1 elevator in a 3 story building which was concerning to me.

I was very pleased with the facility. I am not ready to leave my home but when I am I hope to be able to go there. The location is close to shopping and the grounds have nice walking areas. The menu looks very good and there are a lot of activities to choose from.

The administrative staff have been extremely helpful. The housekeepers do a great job of keeping the apartment clean and have even asked me for a larger waste basket as the one I had provided was insufficient and she wanted to make sure there was enough space for trash. The newsletter I receive on a regular basis keeps me informed of all the activities.

We loved it. Signed lease same day. Staff was great. Residents to a person were very happy to be living there. We are going to love it also. We now face the hard part. We have lived at home for more than 50 years. It will be a challenge getting ready to move.

Regarding Holiday Rock Creek: The staff members uare wonderful. Our activities person, hospitality and maintenance, cleaning and food service staff are friendly and exceptional. As far as activities go, we are busy every evening having lots of fun and laughs. The food experience has been up and down. Right now it's very good. The cleanliness of the rooms is wonderful. Hallways could use some work, but it's a big place and they try to keep up with it. The size of my one bedroom is very nice. Some of the studios are very small and some are a good size. It's probably like any other Independent Living facility. I like it here very much and I'm enjoying myself. Most everyone is very friendly and willing to help each other if we need it. I would definitely recommend this facility.

The staff are great. Activities are fun. I'm ambassador here at Sky Peaks so I help out new residents and answer any questions they might have. The food is pretty good for the most part. The place is clean. As for apartment sizes they very and I haven't seen all them.

Cedar Ridge has become my home away from home. In order to move here, my house and car had to be sold. This decision has not been regretted. Since moving here I've had a knee replacement, I was serviced right here by an excellent physical therapy team. The community has people from different races and backgrounds. Which was just what I needed after living alone for the past 23 years. Activities offered by our caring and friendly activities director bring us all together to forge lasting friendships.

Everything about the apartment is great. It clean, perfect size for my aunt. The staff are very friendly. Very satisfied with Greenwood
