We rate the Mansions 5 stars. The staff is very professional, efficient and friendly. There are plenty of activities to keep us busy. The food is very good. It is like being on a cruise ship without the water. I highly recommend it.

It was clean and pretty. The folks playing chair volleyball seemed to be having a blast playing chair volley with large inflated balloons. Our host was so gracious and welcomed us to the facility. One nice couple allowed us to tour their home with our guide. It was nice to see how comfy and practical they had arranged their furniture.

I would give every category a 5 out of 5 except for the food, which I would rate a 3. Even so, my overall experience has been a 5 out of 5. I’m very happy with my apartment and my experience here. In the two and a half months I’ve been here, I’ve made a number of friends and have really enjoyed being part of the community.

My mom's experience was great. The Marketing Director, [name removed], was outstanding. She was very informative, courteous and friendly. She made the move experience so easy. They now have a new Marketing Director. My mom nor I have really interacted with her except for greeting her in passing. My mom has no complaints thus far.

Because of scheduled activities designed to support physical physical development. Various musical, actingperformances and other performances. other activities that are provided include performance by children's Presentations, renown entertainers in this area. And they have been outstanding and enjoyed by residents. Also there games including puzzling, cards, movies and so on.

The staff is great. The residents are very friendly, and the food is very good. I recommend it highly.

I have been a resident of Mansions of Alpharetta for 14 months.s Since [Name Removed] arrival here,I have found all maintenance problems to be solved quickly and efficiently.He arrives every day promptly ready to begin work.with a pleasant greeting. What we like the most about the community is the management, quality of rooms, low noise level, and facility's convenient location. Oh, lots of activities for people of varying capabilities. Yes, we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience so far.

I am very happy here. Everyone here is so friendly. Each room has two doors. One to the hall and one to the outdoors. One story..no stairs! Yes, I would recommend Hefner Mansions Senior community to other families.

I'm extremely satisfied at the Mansions. The director has been wonderful. He has taken care of all my concerns. [name removed] and the staff has made my transition easy. I choose it for myself. I knew about it when it was first built.

[name removed] was lovely and positive re the facility. The place was clean and the lunch was delicious. There are more activities than any one person can enjoy which leaves no excuse for boredom. The physical area was open and bright.

Walking in the place it smells wonderful. The people are not snobby or cliquish. The food is good. They've got good activities and the staff is phenomenal. That my caregiver from [removed facility] was able to come over here with us.

What we like the most about the community is that the process was easy and the staff are great. They delivered on what they had advertised. Yes, we would recommend The Mansions at Gwinnett Park to other families.

I am not totally settled, I have a place that has shown support and warmth. The staff and residence have been very welcoming and professionally present!

Working with a staff at the Mansions at Cornett place was a very positive experience. They were extremely accommodating and were helpful in that we needed to visit on a weekend, but that was not a problem. Many places only offer during the week. The communications with the staff was not overwhelming, but kept in touch with me as we made progress through my decision-making. [name removed] and [name removed] are outstanding. They are attribute to the Mansions community. I hope to be able to stay here for years to come.

Hefner Mansions has been a great fit for my dad. Lots of opportunities to socialize and exercise. He loves the restaurant style food service.

I really like it here, It fills needs. It's a friendly place and yet you ate independit as in a house of your own, dinning is easy accesable, you don't have to go out to get your mail just down the hall, no utility bill, many other benefits. Staff is very good to any thing you ask about.

I recently toured the Mansions at Alpharetta and was immediately impressed. The community is beautifully designed—elegant yet cheerful—and feels more like a vibrant 55+ independent living space than the sign’s description of a traditional senior facility. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. I was greeted by both staff and residents at the front desk, which set a positive tone. I had the pleasure of meeting [name removed], the Sales Director, and her colleague. [name removed]was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. She made me feel supported and at ease as I asked questions about making a possible move. The community’s size is manageable, with a cozy layout and beautiful landscaping that feels more intimate. Much more manageable for me to walk than larger resort-style facilities I’ve seen. The dining was tasty, even in the midst of transition. The activity offerings are truly creative—like a recent resident-led dinner theater mystery! The Mansions is a beautiful extension of Alpharetta.

Comment on number 6, food, rating 4. The food is generally good. Those on special diets have to either cook at home or have to pick and choose what they can eat.
